As we try to do once a week go in and have lunch always sit at the bar service is always been great enjoy our couple hours out. This day Tuesday October 31st went in for lunch and during our stay we had to listen to who we found out was the general manager Barry yell at the kitchen help nonstop so unprofessional to top it off I watch him put on gloves wipe his nose than fold his arms continuously using unprofessional yelling at his help. At one point he took the gum out of his mouth aggressively throw it in the trash and went in the kitchen at that point we asked for a Togo box and our check and before leaving I left a note for him he should consider a change in employment I wanted to have a face to face however he was so agitated I thought it would be best to come back when it wasn't so busy and have the conversation at this point I went to the rest room before leaving and my partner continued to the car I was existing restaurant when Barry the general manager approached me why I was passing the hostess stand and was waving the napkin asking if I was the one who wrote it he was extremely aggressive and because there were other people waiting to be seated I suggested we step out side at which time his aggressive attitude continued and I stated I was not going to have this conversation with him I felt the need to just leave it was not going to be good he followed us out to the car shouting and all I wanted to do was get out of there. I want you to know that at that time I didn't realize that he also approached my partner while waiting for me to come out of the restroom And confronted him as well. I have also submitted a complaint on the contact us sight probably in a bit more detail. Unfortunately we won't be back do to the hostility that I would never want to encounter again. We work hard for our money and look forward to a couple hours of enjoyment. I don't think I have ever encountered this level of hostility from any establishment and hope this is addressed and he faces consequences for his actions. Thank you and feel free to reach out to me. I have left my email and phone number on the contact us complaint that...
Read moreI love this place. We have been in 100 times easy, typically going once or twice a month on Saturday or sunday. I am a combat veteran and a biker. Today was a very hard letdown for me. Had a great experience as I always do. Towards the end of our tab, a very young biker came in through his helmet on the bar, a very disgraceful thing to do. Biker edicute is to hang your helmet on the purse hook, your bike, or the seat next to you at the very least. This dude walks in, throws his sweaty ass helmet on the bar, and is a dick about it. As a patron, there is little I could do. I waited for the bar tender to ask the dude to remove the helmet that didn't happen. After about 20 minutes passed. I was respectful and asked the gentleman to remove the helmet from the bar. He became irrationally mad and begain calling me a drunk hole and a number of other words. The bar tender and manager didn't intervene and let this go on. I stayed respectfully as a 20-year combat vet and biker myself. I tried to reason with the young man and explained why it was disrespectful to place his dirty headgear on the bar. (if you don't know its 90+ degrees outside and your helmet tends to get sweaty and nasty, after riding even short distances.) There was no reasoning with this young man, and he became very disrespectful. I chose to leave instead of showing him the violence I am capable of. Yet, somehow, the bar manager and bar tender felt i was wrong. So let me be clear, it's disrespectful to put your helmet on any bar at any time. You just dont do that. It shows you dont value the establishment or any other biker in the bar. When a long-time patron of your bar tries to tell you and you do nothing about it, it's a bad sign. Don't allow disrespectful behavior in your bar ever. When a long-time known group of veteran bikers come to your bar, dont be rude to them when they respectfully ask another patron to follow the rules. I was respectful to you establishment by not dragging the gentleman outside and teaching him the lesson he needed to learn. You should at least be mindful of biker edicute if you're going to allow patches...
Read moreI stopped by miller's ale house Saturday evening around 1am. I sat at the bar where I ordered a beer and then an order of mozzarella sticks to have with my drink. At the same time I ordered a mountain melt for Togo. I placed my order at 1:15am. There were only 4 other guest at the restaurant at that time. We were all seated in the outside bar area. I hadn't recieved any part of my order by 1:30am so I asked the server. She talked to the manager to see what's going on. At 1:39am the manager Erin came over to bring my food. She brought my mozzarella sticks at the same time of the mountain melt. She then started to make an excuse about having a lot of Togo orders and stated that I work in the industry so I should understand as I had a work shirt on. She didn't make any attempt to apologize or offer any solution for the extended wait. At this point I didn't even eat my mozzarella sticks because they turned the light on indicating the restaurant was closing and the whole point to order them was to eat them as I waited for the Togo food. I brought the mountain melt home for my wife. When she was eating it she found a large chunk of bacon underneath her French fries. I specifically ordered it without bacon as she does have an allergy to pork. Normally with a mountain melt they simply put bacon bits on top. This was not that this seemed as a part of a piece of bacon from a burger or something which makes it seem as it was put intentionally. I'm disappointed overall with my experience as it should not take over 30 minutes for mozzarella sticks to be prepared, then the manager Erin who clearly didn't want to be bothered by speaking with a guest who had an issue and seems as if she doesn't want to be in the service industry, and then my wife to find bacon in her food resulting in her having to throw the entire thing away and getting sick. I don't think I'll be returning any time soon as I'm truly disappointed in the service as well as the quality of the...
