First time having time their breakfast and I have to say my sandwich was actually good. I went basic and got the sausage and one egg on a asiago bagel. The bagel wasn’t hitting like i expected, I feel like it should have been more flavorful. I wish I would have read about the hash brown before i brought it because I would have never purchased it. I didn’t understand it nor liked it. I thought I was getting hash rounds like burger or something but instead it was like a chunk of unpleasant tbh. I’m judging it because it’s not what i’m used to but I will get another sandwich from them. I recommend this location.

I stopped by to get a quick bite. Their bagels are really good and they have a lot of vegetarian options. So, this place is vegetarian friendly too. Their service was fast and good. You can make use of their wifi if you wish to stay connected to the internet while having a bite.

My apologies in advance for the lengthy review… I went into this cedar hill location this past Saturday morning and ordered three bagel sandwiches and 3 bagels (two of which were single egg breakfast sandwiches). The young women who prepared my order was very kind and thorough. She took her time, asked if I wanted one egg or two, then repeated the order back to me for clarity. I appreciated her diligence. She ushered me to the cashiers station where I was rung out by Heather, who when asked her name boastfully provided it followed by her designation in the store; general manager. To say that she was rude would be an understatement. She barked demands at me to know what I’d ordered, all the way down to the type of bagel I’d ordered for each sandwich. Albeit unpleasant, it was nothing I wanted to mince words over, so I repeated back the order that I’d just placed, paid for it, and stepped aside to allow the next customer to be rung out. I noticed a far more pleasant disposition she’d taken with the next customer, she asked him, if he ordered two eggs or one on his breakfast bagel. He responded one and she rang him out and he was on his way. Still waiting on my order and now curious as to why I was not met with the same inquiry, I asked for a receipt. Heather was aware of my thought process before I was ever able to review my receipt and request a revision. She prints and slaps the receipt down on the table and follows up by saying, you ordered two egg sandwiches, did you order one egg or two egg. I responded one egg. She rebuttal as if to elude to some wrongdoing on my part, well those are two egg but I’ll refund you. She then slaps two dollar bills onto the counter as she turns to shuffle down the back line. She turns and rigidly says to the young women who was currently still preparing my order, “The breakfast sandwiches are two eggs. We do not offer one egg.” When Heather came back to the cashiers station I pointed out that the menu clearly donned two prices, one for single egg and one for two eggs. Dismissively she said well I cannot do anything about that. I challenged this by highlighting that it is clearly advertised on the menu, obviously agitated she doubled down on her initial response and added that this was the process. At this point obviously not getting anywhere and understanding very clearly that the person with whom I was speaking, lacked both the soft skills and the temperament to be around people let alone in the a managerial capacity, I responded by saying, we can be done with this exchange now. She responded with “Good, take your food and get out, then.” I’ve lived in this area my whole life, worked at both this location and the pavilion location when I was a teenager. The standards of service are so...

The food is always great. Most of the employees are wonderful. I had an interaction with an employee today that absolutely surprised me. She asked my order and I said it. I then moved over to the register to pay. I am a regular that comes in at least once a week and my order is the same every time. First she asked about my order and I answered. She told me that I had an attitude which I responded that I did not. Now what I did give off was that I really did not want her to make my order because she has made it wrong in the past a couple of times. After paying for my order, I noticed that one of the 2 bagels I ordered did not have cream cheese on it which I paid for so I asked for it on the side. She proceeded to tell me that she wanted to hurry up so I could get out of her face. I was the only customer at the time and it was her and two other employees. I pay for everything I order and TIP every time I come in so I could not believe her blatant disrespect. After I asked for the manager and she said she was the manager which I knew was a lie, I asked for corporate and she told me to go on the website. So we argued and cussed each other out. Her friend is the manager so I know there will be no repercussions of any kind for her. What I will say is that I have NEVER had an issue except with her and I do not appreciate being talked to that way. I kept my cool and composure until she told me she was trying to get her out of her face!! Who are you to talk to anyone like that. I enjoy the bagels and I will continue to patronize the company. This particular individual is a disgusting representation of your...

This was my first time visiting this location. Wow! Quite possibly the rudest customer service ever from what appeared to be the Manager, tall with dark hair. When we asked if we could get the brisket breakfast sandwich she preceded to go on a diatribe about how the ovens are constantly breaking and brisket takes too long. There were three people in front of us and while they were getting ready to leave the one pulled out their bagel and took a bite. She rudely said “You can’t eat that in here” Once they left she preceded to say ”How the hell do they not know they cannot eat that in here?” There are no signs posted saying you cannot eat in other than no tables and chairs being present. The only good thing about the experience was the delicious bagels, we will not be returning to this location. I will take my business elsewhere where I and other customers are treated with...
