
Dined in with my friend. Were sat immediately, served water and then were left for 40 minutes, NOT EXAGGERATING, with nobody taking our order, another waiter (was later told she was the manager) was helping the guest sat behind us, CLEARLY saw us not being serviced, didn't check in or say ANYTHING, until I got up and said something. Then the person who sat us informed us that a different person was suppose to be sent over and he was instructed to tackle a different party. Shoutout to him, he's a real one. Our order was FINALLY taken and came out in a timely manner. I asked is there any way something can be done because we just sat here for 40+ minutes UNSERVICED and we're still choosing to spend money. The manager lady said she could see if we can get a drink ($5) and maybe the eggs ($3 off) off in one of our bags. She then returned and said the person above her said we can't get anything but a fountain drink.... food was mid, lost it's magic. The staff that we encountered, aside from Brandon, are inconsiderate and do not care about customer service. Read moreI placed the order on DoorDash for a classic seafood bag and while eating my food There was a short curly brown piece of hair in my food. I contacted The restaurant immediately and requested to speak to the manager. It was 30 minutes before the store was closing, and she kept stating that the hair that I found in my food was corn hair and a lot of people mistake corn hair for regular hair and I kept telling her I know what hair is and what it looks like so she told me to bring the bag back up, but due to the time restraints, I was unable to do it that night the next day I went back up to the restaurant I had the hair wrapped in the napkin and they kept asking for the bag, which I couldn’t understand because at this point, I’ve already thrown it away they were unwilling to accommodate me in any way, and their customer service was beyond rude. After speaking to the owner, they ended up remaking the bag which I’m not going to eat because I don’t trust them at this point after the hard time they gave me and the level of customer service. but one of the employees came out being sarcastic saying that this is funny and when I asked for his name no one would tell me (shocker). overall, I do not recommend this place.
