Gamers and buyers, WAIT till you get a load of this SCAM OPERATION designed to take advantage of your gaming desires: I bought a ps3 minutes before close and went to return it the next day, as I thought it wasn’t working properly, and I didn’t have time to figure it out honestly. When I went to return it the next day, SETH and RODNEY told me that they would most likely give me “most” of my money back. I gave them a confused and angry look, and Rodney told me I would have to pay the 15% restocking fee for no reason at all. I guess he didn’t feel like putting the ps3 back on the shelf. When I asked for an email or contact to resolve this because I am just simply returning it, I was told there was none, not exactly a professional experience. They also told me if it would have been a sealed product I purchased, it would be more likely to be returned at full purchasing price. This was the most frustrating response I’ve almost ever heard from a customer service representative, anywhere, as it is blatantly idiotic.

Furthermore, I would like the owner or any higher up to contact me. Rodney was completely unhelpful, and This business lost a customer over 20$. Furthermore I was planning to buy a 35$ game from them once my money was returned for the ps3, but it seems like they wanted to scam me out of the 20$ more than they wanted to make a...

I got a copy of The Beatles Abbey Road original here. The cover was decent, coming apart on top, but the record itself looked and played wonderfully! (I think they clean their records before selling them... which is always a good thing!) Best part... it was only $15. Finding old Beatles Records usually go for $40-$50 dollars and they are beat to heck and back! But finding one with a decent cover, great disc, and for a reasonable price?! Knowlegable staff....great place to buy something used but in great shape and super inexpensive! Also if you need some cash and have CDs collecting dust or an xbox or playstation you dont use, games as well....you can bring it in and within 5-20min get an offer for cash, and you dont have to if the offer is unfair in your opinion. It has since moved from next to Grums up to the old Vidstar movie rental spot on the corner, so parking across the street by Marcs...
