Saturday afternoon around one I ordered a chicken salad and wings for delivery to be delivered to my office. The told me about an hour to deliver. I placed the order at 1:09pm and by 2:25 by food was still not here and I did not get a call or anything about the status of my oder. I called at 2:25 to check on my order and the lady told me she was just now finishing up my food and it was going to be sent out soon. That means at least another 20 minutes. So thats almost 2 hours for a salad and wings?? They have my number on file and could have at least given me a call to tell me it was going to take that long. The women did not apologize or anything, she told me she did a really good job making everything and it would be here soon. I told her I did not want it anymore. My lunch is only allowed to be taken between 1pm and 230pm so by the time it came I would have not been able to pick it up or eat it. It would have been nice to know it would take longer. When I called back to talk to the manager about taking the charge off my card he basically told me too bad and their busy and if I don't want the food then oh well and he will take off the charge. He could have at least offered to bring the food or give it to me half price or something.
We order from there all the time in my office and they have never taken that long. We will not be ordering from there again. There area million places in the are to order from so it sucks to lose regular business with so much competition. Now I'm hungry and have to skip my lunch and your business lost a group of...
Read moreI keep trying Guy's, because there are literally no other options, and yet no matter how far I lower my expectations, it manages to underwhelm them. The only reason this place has ANY business is because everywhere else in the area closes ludicrously early. The pizza is only slightly below standard greasy by-the-slice expectations, but the staff...I have never seen any other place that's this consistently bad at running their own register. Everything is broken and nobody seems to want to fix it: the soda fountain, the fridge up front, etc. They don't even have any system for getting YOU the drink you order besides "harass the exact person you ordered from until they finally yell for a soda from the back." Manager is rude and just ignores any comment, whether a simple request or a friendly remark, unless it's from one of his bros that he sits up front talking with and offering free food to (which, if they don't want it, will go in the trash because he'd rather throw food away than waste it than be friendly to someone not in his crowd.)
If you're drunk and getting one of the dried out slices up front with cash, this is a good deal. If you require extenuating services like "paying by credit card" or "expecting basic courtesy or even polite customer service", you're literally...

Update* when I first moved to Cleveland, I really enjoyed this place. Over all the other big box brands and mom and pop shops, this place was affordable and quality pizza.
However, that’s not the case anymore. For two years now they’ve steadily raised the prices and quality and steadily gone down. I don’t know if they changed owners or the owners got sick or there’s new management but the food has gotten worse and the experience is just not worth the cost anymore.
I asked for double pepperoni. Does that look like double?
Anytime I order on DoorDash the food comes looking like it was rushed and they were just trying to get a job done. Anytime I call they want me to come back or simply say sorry. That’s not good enough. And because sorry is the only answer they ca give, I’ll stop voting for them (agreeing to pay manufacturers suggested retail price).
If you want quality pizza, go elsewhere. They don’t care about...
