I went to Arby's Friday night. Usually I don't stop if it packed because they usually are. Well this time it wasn't so I decided to stop before I had to pick my daughter up from work. I got there at a decent time so I could pick her up on time. So when I got to the window and paid for my meal the guy asked me to park in spot number 2 to wait on my order. I only ordered 5 things. Well 15 minutes later I still didn't receive my food. Well I was super happy that someone brought my daughter to Arby's for me because I was waiting 40 minutes for them to tell me they forgot me. How can you forget when your hand and head is constantly out the drive thru window and I know you can see who is waiting. I eat here all the time though. So if you forgot about me why wouldn't you want to give fresh food and fries? Why would you bring cold fries or food out that has been sitting in a bag for 40 minutes? It's the small things that matter. For the Karen that had a problem with me throwing my 40 minute fries in the parking lot maybe you should have asked instead of telling me I'm rude for throwing them in the parking lot when I am the most patient person. I do understand there is a lack of workers and they are doing their best to make due but when you come out to tell me that you forgot me...and didn't bring fresh food out or even offer anything to fix it. If you don't like the job you are doing find something else. I did blow the phone up until someone answered and she apologized and wanted to make it right. I think I will go to the GM because I know I can't be the only one. If someone forgot you wouldn't you want fresh food and I wouldn't walk out the door unless you had fresh food. It would be the right...
Read moreI love Arby's food & the employees are usually very friendly.
Today was a disappointment... Neither the cashier at the counter (Jeremy), nor the drive thru cashier (heavy blond lady in a striped shirt with no name tag, dressed like a manager) washed their hands after doing transactions on their computers, before bagging, & expediting food to customers.
That is a safe food handling standard (I have worked in 20 restaurants). Money can have fecal or E. coli bacteria on it. Touching the registers right before food can cross contaminate your food from handling money. Washing their hands just takes a minute & keeps you safer. Ever wonder why your nautious after eating at restaurants?
Kudos to the sandwich makers in the back.. they had gloves on. Good Job sandwich makers!
Now, if the people putting your food & napkins on a tray or in a bag would be as health conscientious, then they would be doing great.
3/9/21 (about a year later)... I ordered the two fish sandwich special for $6 & a medium sprite for $8.88 just about 10 minutes before they closed.
This was the worst Arby's food that I have ever had! The fish were hard & crunchy (it hurt my teeth to chew). Then, when I was about half way through the first sandwich, it had a really strong fish taste (like it had set out for a while) & the mayo (substituted for tartar) tasted sour.
It was very gross. I tried the 2nd sandwich & it was just as bad.
I couldn't eat them. I threw them away ($6.00 wasted, the sprite was good).
I had to go somewhere else to get dinner that didn't hurt my stomach.
I may never...
Read moreArby’s has great tasting food & an menu that is original & creative (especially for a drive thru fast food restaurant). I would say their menu vastly outshines all the boring standard burger, taco, & chicken drive thru fast food brands you can probably think of. Some of my Arby’s favorites include: the chicken cordon blue sandwich🥇 (🤗it’s awesome, better than many dine-in & subshop restaurants chicken sandwiches), the beef & cheddar(🥇one of the best things in American fast food history-if you’re visiting the US as a tourist definitely try one of these-that sandwich is a genius culinary creation like their curly fries are IMO), the curly fries🥇, the original roast beef, jalepeno poppers(the best, I love them!)🥇, the new Carmel salt cookie(bakery quality good), the jamocha shake🥇(best shake ever-Id rather have this than any drive thru milkshake you can think of-I like a simple coffee flavored shake and am not into birthday sprinkles🤮 & all that other weird stuff they put on milkshakes nowadays), the Italian Sub, the turkey & Greek gyros (close to a Dine-in Greek restaurant taste wise & an awesome effort for fast food),, & the spicy buffalo chicken sandwich (the meat on it is as good as a dedicated chicken places chicken). I only give them 4 stars because lines can be very long sometimes, the menu prices could be 15-20% lower, & a handful of employees (most of the Arby’s employees are great) can be a bit lacking in customer service professionalism but I can overlook annoyances like that because I love this franchise for their delicious food and will definitely be...
