Brennan's Catering & Banquet Center — Restaurant in Cleveland

My husband and I had our wedding reception here last month. We had started planning with Brennan's about 2 years in advance and they were with us every step of the way. Jason worked with us to bring our ideas to fruition and he was always so friendly, prompt, and professional! Also incredibly accommodating. The pricing packages were affordable yet elegant. We decided to choose the Sapphire Room and were blown away by the timeless and sophisticated beauty of the venue. The facilities and grounds were clean and well-maintained. They let us set up a day in advance which we greatly appreciated and did not feel rushed. We had brought the desserts that day, and they handled them with care and kept them properly stored. The reception went amazingly! Sean Brennan was there to assist for the evening and he was every bit of a great businessman/customer service advocate as Jason with whom we had been working up until the day of the event (definitely a great reflection of solid family values). Sean came in frequently to interface with the staff on our behalf, check on our guests, and make sure we were having an awesome time (we were!) and was even there to answer questions and help resolve some minor issues that came up. The food and service were fantastic and quite possibly some of the best I have ever experienced. When the end of the night came, Sean helped us load our extras and even worked with our busy schedule to allow us time to take down our decorations, which we appreciated as we were so exhausted. Cannot say enough good things about Brennan’s. Had a small backyard wedding due to Covid and we are so glad we went with Brennan’s. First, and even though this is small, when we were food ordering we were going with an appetizer package that would have been way to big for our party. They called me and let me know I could probably get away with a smaller package, which saved me a decent amount of money and ended up being the perfect size. It’s small details like that that I really appreciate and felt like they were looking out for me. Second was they were so accommodating, I was able to get them with only two months advance notice, They came out to my location beforehand to get a good idea of where to set up and everything so it went so smoothly and without a hitch. Last the food was amazing! I was eating it up so fast I had to wear an apron over my wedding dress and everyone loved the food. We used Brennan's Catering for our wedding at the West Side Irish American Club and we could not have been happier! (We also used their services to have their Pasta Bar for our Rehearsal Dinner the night before and had a platter of sandwiches for the wedding party before the ceremony). The food was amazing - hot, fresh, and great tasting - (during our reception, the staff even double and triple checked that my husband and I had remembered to sit down and eat during dinner/reception). Even with a miscommunication with a wine selection missing from the bar, Jason and his team corrected the mistake immediately without any further hiccups. The staff was friendly, communicative, helpful and attentive.
