So, back in June of 2023, my wife’s car needed tires. It has custom wheels , so listening to everyone’s opinions and knowing the place and the reputation we chose Two Brothers Tire & Automotive to buy from. We had the tires and tpms sensors replaced. Upon picking up the wheels I noticed that the center caps were in, and I had asked for them to be left out (not a huge deal). Then looking them over , all 4 wheels were chipped up around the center cap hole as well as some random chips across the faces. I went straight to the front desk and alerted the employee I had spoken with and he got everyone involved. The tire technician told me the balancer caused the chipping around the center caps bc he used the metal cone (still unsure why). So they agreed to have the wheels powder coated as a remedy. The down side, these were custom colored wheels and no code available. Now we began ordering the powder coat swatches and after quite a few (paying like $10 shipping on each order) we found a close color that looked like what they were. This along with life changing events I didn’t get back to them until January 2024. So right at 6months. At least a month of it was from the swatches being shipped etc. So I contacted them making sure that they were still willing to fix them and though reluctant at first the owner got involved and agreed to re-coat them. But there’s a catch, since they are 3piece wheels I would have to pay them $200 to disassemble and re-assemble the wheels that were damaged there.. messaged the owner to see if that was correct or not and the response was “after this, I don’t want to be responsible for putting them back together to be honest. “ Instantly I had concerns at this point and found a reputable person to disassemble and re-assemble the wheels. I had them taken apart and brought the faces and center caps to them along with the color we had chosen. About a week or 2 passed and I got notified that they were ready. So we loaded up and made the trip, just to be disappointed. The wheels looked like they got spray painted at the beach with sand for a 3d look. And the cnc logo in the center cap was now filled with powder coat . Additionally the center caps were no where near matching color to the wheels. Of course we said they need to be fixed and left them there and proceeded on the long drive home. Fast forward to when the wheels come back again the owner messages me and lets me know. So we load up and go back to the shop to get them (Only option that was given ) as the owner stated “They’re ready bro. They look great and I’m done after this love them or hate them lol.” They are no where near the color we had brought, and they put silver inside the logo, but didn’t stay in the lines or anything. We even found hair etc in the powder coat. So now we are out paying the person to assemble the wheels, 4 new center caps, another person to fix the horrible powder coat job, and someone to mount and balance the tires. Although they had agreed to mount and balance them, at this point I’m not going to risk them getting damaged again. The total to make them back as they were when we dropped them off is just under $1300 with everything.
Just a P.S.A. Just because everyone recommends somewhere and that’s what they primarily do, sometimes it’s actually not the best option. Take our loss and...
Read moreLet me drive home on brakes they knew were extremely dangerous and not installed correctly. I went in for a brake line replacement and fluid flush. After about 6-7 hours and them being close to closing, after saying the new lines were faulty(finding out later they were over torqued by this shop) they let me drive home on extremely DANGEROUS, aftermarket brake lines, which they over torqued and blamed on being faulty.. They didn't take the time to put the stock ones back on that day, instead, they just sent me on my way without saying anything. They specified there was a slight leak but they "tightened that up"before they let me go home. The entire drive home that day and back the next day, I was essentially endangering myself and any other driver around me. I had almost no braking power, I had to stay multiple car lengths away and drive extremely slow to be sure I wouldn't hurt anyone. On top of that, when I returned for them to reinstall the stock lines, they go ahead and charge me for their time. Instead of doing what they should have and bent over backwards to service my car, for free...especially after knowingly letting me leave the previous day. After all was said and done, they charged me a total of $350 and they broke my aftermarket lines that cost me $115. Along with wasting more of my motul brake fluid which was meant to last for a while, which isnt cheap either. The great thing about it is, my reinstalled stock lines make the car brake properly but now they squeak constantly. That wasn't happening prior to ever going to their shop. They couldnt even properly reinstall the stock lines 100% the way they were. No matter how cool and nice these guys were, it doesn't make up for negligence and just trying to make money(this is how they made me feel as a customer due to this entire set of events). I was trying to find another shop to start taking my car too, make friends, and get to know some people. What sucks, is they are a shop with a very good reputation, hence why I took my car to them. I would have never expected this, ever. Writing this review makes me a bit sad but it needed to be done. In 13 years of modifying cars, I have never had to leave a shop that installed something incorrectly and something which is so vital to my safety and every...
Read moreMack and Chris are phenomenal to work with (my apologies if I hosed up the first name spelling). I brought my 2017 Ram 2500 in for an alignment, tire rotation and balance. Chris told me that it would be about 2 hours considering the flow of work that was ahead of me as well as the work that was currently being done at the time of my arrival for my appointment. The tech was prompt and courteous in getting my truck into the shop. I had called for a ride to do some errands in the time it would take for them to complete the work to my truck. As I was standing there Chris noticed that my truck needed approximately $1,700 in upgrades done to it and I agreed (this is humor). In all seriousness, I had spoke to Chris about the wheel to wheel Predator bars, fender flares as well as Billstein shocks for my Ram. The price for everything that I was quoted was between $400 to $600 cheaper, for all parts, than ordering the items from competitors and having them installed. The Predator bars alone were $240 cheaper than what I was quoted before coming to Two Brothers. Now, in the time that Chris and I were discussing the items before mentioned that I ordered I noticed that the tech had pulled my truck out. I approached the tech and asked if there was an issue considering that the time was less than what Chris had stated when I first arrived. The tech said to me, "No problem, I'm done." I told him that this was very fast and efficient. To which the tech said to me, "I'm good like that." All in all, the time from drop off to ready for pickup was 40 minutes faster than what Chris had informed me of. Lower prices and superb service over other businesses doing the same work, I cannot complain about this one bit. I would recommend Two Brothers to anyone. To those who have made complaints before, you cannot bring a Ford Pinto in on its last leg and with a hundred dollar bill expect miracles from these guys, let's be real here. On the other hand, if you do not do business with Two Brothers, you really, really, really, really, really need to. Chris, Mack, thanks again for doing an amazing job. I WILL keep coming...
