I am shocked at this locations response to a community event that was raising money for an organization that provides dream rooms for children with cancer. They were also raising awareness and hosting a blood drive through Blood Assurance of whom Firehouse Subs shares a parking lot with. Because they share a parking lot with Blood Assurance at the Village Green where the event was being held, they felt they had the right to complain, ask the event host to shut the event down, and threaten to make phone calls to people they thought had authority to shut the event down. This location is so desperate for money and business that they have no concern to make their community a better place while supporting children with terminal cancer. They should have been asking how they could help support the cause instead of how they could ruin it. If I owned this location I would be absolutely ashamed and horrified with my management teams actions! **Full Disclosure: This was the management's actions and it does not reflect the kind employees that did not agree with their management/leadership. Several employees came out and bought food to support the cause. To them, thank you! I would also like to think that the franchise owner and management do not reflect the morals and integrity of the corporation. I would like to think that these actions are the sole discretion of the Village Green locations management. Until this location learns to put humanity over money, they will not receive my...
Read moreOverall, when my order is correct, it tastes very good. I dont know what's up lately because whether it's an online order or in person, it's like the receipt showing exactly what I ordered wasn't even looked at. I've come to expect it to be off in some way and am pleasantly surprised when the receipt is followed. No mayo written at the top of the receipt seems to stand out to me, but 9 times out of 10, I wind up wiping the biggest mess off it off the bread. And when they ask me if I want it fully involved other wise I say yes and even add a few other things but for some reason only the things I add make it onto the sandwich and almost all the fully involved ingredients get left off. I can't stand mayo, so other than that, I usually just say, "Oh well" and eat it whatever way I get it...but it didn't used to be this way. I'd say in the last 6 months, it's been a pretty common theme of the order being wonky. And what's up with only giving people a small cup if they want water? So if I want to drink something thats horrible for you then I can make one trip and slurp down about 100gr of sugar but if I want something better I have to have it from a sippy cup and make 37 trips to the fountain. I've eaten here hundreds of times and gotten large waters, and now all of a sudden, I can't get anything but a baby cup for water. Some things just...
Read moreI would really love to know how I ordered a turkey sub and instead I got a sandwich full of ham and it's not what I asked for is everyone in Cleveland incapable of doing food service like everyone was nice but how do you mess up a simple turkey sub with cheese and two sauces I dont eat ham and I didn't spend almost 15 bucks on a sandwich to get crap I won't eat on it and he even repeated my order back to me it's getting a little ridiculous cause this is the 4th restaurant in Cleveland that's done this and I'd have never imagined that firehouse would cause they've never messed my order up before y'all need to get it together and pay attention god forbid if I was Jewish or had a pork allergy
Went back again today got told I wouldn't be refunded and that my sandwiches would be remade and guess what mine was still wrong and we were given old pickles again at some point a manager needs to contact me and give me a damn refund cause this is ridiculous and I'll never be wasting my money here again this is the 3rd time this has happened and no one seemed to give a shit that it just keeps happening absolutely ridiculous and lazy...
