The service was great. There was issue today, a customer ahead of us had the employee to make 3 footlong subs the customer had the employee to put some much toppings that it was hard to wrap sandwiches, the customer wanted it rewrap, the employee said yes I will double wrap your sandwiches, the customer started cussing and walked out didnt pay for sandwiches and left them there. There was no cause for that reaction at all. The employee did nothing wrong. But I know the customer will make it out to be the employees fault. So please don't blame your employees. I called at 9:10p.m. the lady stated they close at 10p.m. I made it there at 9:30 everything was put up cooler cleaned out and she was sitting on the counter on her phone. I said hello she looked up but continued on her phone. I said hello again, she said oh we are closed. I said I spoke with you and you stated 10p.m. Online says 10p.m. the door says 10p.m. She said well we are closed. I've been going to this Subway for years. The turn over rate of the staff at night is semi high but the closing whenever they feel like it still remains. I've complained to a couple people during the day.
