BEWARE: My husband and I do not recommend Dominos Pizza to anyone!!! Dominos Pizza as a whole but especially this particular location discriminates against those with physical disabilities and handicaps......... I ordered some food from them one night and when the guy showed up I told him that if he was afraid to hand me my food due to the pandemic then he could just place the food on the door mat directly in front of our door. But, he refused to do so and was adamant that he had to leave the food on the pavement about six feet from my door. Now, I have a really bad back as well as a bad right knee and a bad left ankle and foot. I have been told not to do any bending at all. But, this guy refused to assist me by placing my food on the door mat and continued to yell and holler at me outside my front door for about 15 minutes because I said that six feet away from my front door was too far and difficult for me to maneuver. He cussed at me and then stormed off angry. About a week passed and then we called Dominos to place another order all to be told that they were no longer going to deliver pizza to our address due to us not complying with their 6 foot social distancing rule. I explained our side of the story but the manager did not care and completely took up for his driver. So, then my husband sent a very long email to corporate about everything that had transpired and how we were just simply asking for our food to be placed on the door mat if they could not hand it to us like a normal human being like every other food delivery place is doing. But, corporate did not care and kept bouncing the ball back into the court of this local franchise. Back and forth and back and forth to no avail. So, if you have any handicaps or disabilities of any kind and need some exceptions or accommodations to be made or extended to you then this particular Dominos as well as Dominos Corporation could care less about you and your physical disabilities. Furthermore, they will retaliate and discriminate against you by denying you any future service all because you asked for some exceptions to be made in order to accommodate your disabilities. When this type of thing occurs in our society I cannot help but wonder how many other different types of discriminations might be occurring against others especially at Dominos locations in places such as Minneapolis or Chicago or Seattle, etc. Hmmm............That might be interesting...
Read moreDominos is normally our go-to for pizza. We've ordered pizza, pasta, dessert, wings, and bread side items- it's almost always fantastic, so props for that. For some reason, last night's order was awful. Both pizzas tore apart like it wasnt cut into slices, which it was, and the topping slid off; annoying, but not the end of the world. But the more I ate, the more I realized something was off. I'm not sure if the dough was old or what, but the bottom was chocolate-brown and it was super thin for a handtossed pizza. We asked for well-done, exta cheese and extra sauce, and I know what you're thinking, but we almost always ask for those specifications and we've almost always have received exceptional pizza. It didn't taste well done, it tasted chewy and old. To top it all off, my family and I are experiencing nausea and diarrhea today... gross. So we're thinking no more Dominos, at least not for awhile.
*Update- Hey, I appreciate the attempt to fix the situation, but the coupon code didn't work. And maybe I'm misunderstanding, but isn't the "deal" you're giving us already available to EVERYONE? Thanks, but no thanks. I'm all about saving some money, so maybe try...
Read moreWe used to love this place and honestly my wife still likes their pan pizza cause it's not overly greasy. They're not my favorite but I do consider them pretty good and have never had any complaints about the qualiity of the food. What has always most impressed me about this place though is their service, which has always been really quick/good but lately, no. Took 40 minutes for one pizza today (yes I've ordered plenty of them on Fridays/Saturdays) and they just seemed so out of sorts and unorganized even though there must have been 10 people working behind the counter, if not more. The worst thing about coming here though has always been their location. It's probably the worst intersection in Cleveland for traffic and the parking lot is awful. If their service is going like this it just doesn't make it worth it to put up with traffic/parking. Too bad cause we've ordered a LOT of...
