Sabre at EuroCafe was awesome. She gave a waiting line of airline passengers THEE best customer service I have ever seen in an airport establishment. She greeted every customer with a smile. She asked for their preferences in lightness or darkness of their toasted bagels! She seemed delighted to make each customer's coffee "exactly" how we like it". She thanked the customers who were waiting in line for their patience. NONE of us were bothered by the wait. Because when it was our turn, she gave us the exact same experience and level of professionalism and pleasant energy and that smile.
