This establishment has been around since 1908 makes me want patronize it even more . I grew up in the St Clair area so as an adult makes this extra special to me . They have food specials and great drink prices just a very short Uber ride before the game maybe 5 minutes from East 9 th . I love this place has the barn door in the men’s room and the two handle sink . The ceiling has that 100 year old architecture. They have a pic of their liquor license on the wall from 1917 just a great clean establishment with a nice mature crowd . Just before East 40 th and St Clair safe area ! Wonderful staff, good drinks, cozy atmosphere with great Cleveland history. The third generation of family is running this bar. The bars namesake, Mitzi Jerman, who ran the bar until she died at 93 years old, was born here when her parents ran this bar. They even operated during the prohibition when Mitzi was 7 years old and her job was to run the alcohol to the cellar. You're getting a glimpse of history when visiting...

This is a Cleveland classic! One of the oldest bars in Cleveland from the "old neighborhood" that was primarily Slovenian.
