It's where the Cleveland Democratic Party Headquarters are! Parking directly out front, open daily until 5pm (weekend hours added closer to election time), plenty of info (Democratic ticket, voting info and applications, early voting times/ locations) and FREE yard signs: more Biden/Harris signs available a week after Labor Day! Absolutely trash management. Would not recommend leasing space here, especially if you need it long term, and especially especially if you are creative. Very discriminatory. Property manager broke lease agreement multiple times and uses security guards as his personal muscle. Also elevators are...
