I had the worst experience in this McDonalds on Thursday night 2/2/17.
I was waiting in line at the drive thru. After four cars in front of me had given their orders (they were switching off between the two lanes), they just stopped taking orders in my lane. I sat at the menu board waiting and watching as they took orders from five cars in the other lane. We were caught and couldn't even get out because the other lane looped in front of ours.
I finally got a break and pulled out, parked and went in. I thought they were not aware there was a problem. I went in and asked if they were aware that service in one lane just stopped.
The lady at the counter got angry and said yes she knew and there was nothing she could do about it because someone was just returning from a break so they only had one person at that time on drive thru. This made no sense because if there was one person doing two lanes and now there were two, why is there only one lane getting service? But I did not question that.
The woman was extremely rude and there were two employees standing on my side of the counter goofing around with the staff. They began laughing and making comments. The exchange between me and the woman went downhill from there. She asked me if I wanted her to just shut down the service out there because she could do that. I just stood there in disbelief at what was going on.
I asked if I could speak to a manager and she rudely informed me that she was the manager and she basically didn't care. I then asked for a number I could call to speak to someone above her. She refused to answer, instead making rude comments while these same employees stood there laughing.
I have went there for years. I have never been disrespected or treated in that manner.
I then went to the one in Fairview. I went inside, ordered my food and asked for info on who to call. The manager there was very kind to me. She gave me the info and made me a shake on the house. She said it was the least she could do for what had happened. I tried to pay for it with my food, and explained that she did nothing wrong. In fact, she went out of her way to be kind and helpful and I so appreciated that, but she insisted. This manager in Fairview obviously cares about her customers.

Read moreI came there and ordered some food when I got to the window I double checked my food and two of the sandwiches were made wrong they argued with me and told me to go back around and wait in the line and reorder my food that it was my fault not their fault I was so disappointed in them and everybody that was in my vehicle heard me order the food the correct way they gave me such a hard time and it was all the managers at the window they were agitated arguing and fighting among them telling me to go pull around and Park on the other side and wait in the Drive-Thru line again to have my sandwiches corrected that they made the mistake I will never come back to that location again that was such a bad experience I was afraid to eat my food that night cuz I thought they would have spit in the food the way they were acting I am a senior citizen with kids and that's how they treat you that is terrible and this happened on Saturday night at 11:15 at night they should have respect for the customers because we're the ones who make your paycheck by coming there and a bad review is the worst to have they didn't care about their job or their customers then they tell me to let me see your receipt because they didn't even know what I had ordered I tried to call the store manager but they said she doesn't work on the weekends I wanted to let her know about my experience and I asked for the supervisor and they said he was in Chicago so I want to let him know about my experience I think they should go through the drive to an order of food and see how they get treated at night cuz that's how they treat your customers and I will go to another location next time I give you a zero rating on customer service it is so bad and they want a good review while they won't get one from me or everybody else that was with me...
Read moreI usually stop in every morning bet 10am -10:30am. MY FAVORITE AND AWESOME Cashier is MS Sharon. The morning staff as well are awesome. I usually order the same breakfast every day. 2 round eggs 4 strips of bacon. Well the reason for this post is the lack soft professionalism on both ends. Management and crew members that seem to go about whats more important to them then making sure your order is correct and probably containered. I was given my breakfast in cardboard chicken nugget boxes. 1.5 strip of bacon when I ordered 4 and 2 cold eggs. I was told by Evan who issued me a refund (which has not) being credit to my account yet. That this location NORMALLY will package their breakfast in chicken nugget boxes. (Not acceptable). There was no apology or alternative container offered, or explanation why eggs n bacon is given to customers in a cardboard box. Is this their definition of a plattered meal. Or cutting cost. I feel I should have told that they have run out of containers and given any opportunity to not order that meal. The manager Gina seem to be irresponsible .That week I left a printed form for sharon who was not at work, gina stated she would put it the office ,not only did sharon receive it, gina does not remember accepting it and telling me that. She also is working today and this place seem unmanaged and hectic. Well perhaps this post will serve a purpose. For now on I will not do business unless sharon is working.
