I ordered a pizza from here and my boyfriend went to pick it up, my boyfriend took the total cost of the pizza, put a small tip and added the together as the total amount they were authorized to charge the card. I looked at my credit card and see I'm charged double what the expected total was, when calling up there they tried to say he essentially tipped the total of the pizza and tip and when he wrote the 2 together that he actually had tipped that. completely incorrect and they know that it's incorrect, so the total of tip plus pizza and wrote the 2 numbers together and now that's the tip?! That was the TOTAL YOU WERE AUTHORIZED TO CHARGE THE CARD, PERIOD. When we called they claimed they would reimburse the difference, but I haven't seen anything yet and that they are going to block my number!!! Your the one that's in the wrong and essentially stole from a customer. & Your gonna block my number when we were only calling trying to understand where the extra charges came from!! Read moreOrdered at 7:34, watched the tracker until it said on its way ( which it said 20+ minutes early ) and went outside to wait knowing my apartments have no buzzers or way in. Sat there all the way from that time to when my delivery time frame was up at 8:30. I came in and called, he said he couldn’t reach the driver but he would get it to me with no other context. I said okay. Called 30 minutes later saying hey I never got it he says oh yeah the driver said he couldn’t reach you and left it outside. I had been in and out of the apartment waiting. There was never a pizza. As soon as I attempted to say this he gets rude and nasty “I’ll just cancel it I’ll just cancel it have a nice night” and hangs up on me. I was never hostile or anything I would have been happy to have it remade and delivered or at that point even came to get it. I work in food service and it’s never that serious to be mean to them, so I am confused why he treated me that way over their mistake I politely was trying to figure out. Read moreI would give this store a 0 if I could. They delivered someone else's pizza to my address and when I called they hung up 5 times immediately after answering. I drove to the store and the manager told me they don't receive calls to the store and it goes to a call center in the Phillipines. I called while standing there and heard the phone ring in the store. I told him I would appreciate if he didn't lie to me and he said it doesn't matter because he didn't deliver it wrong and no one there was going to take responsibility for hanging up. He did however refund the food and remake it. Food is fine but customer service is horrible. update While waiting on my pizza the store received more calls and the manager was answering them, so hopefully this doesn't happen again.
