Pizza Hut Express — Restaurant in Cleveland

Last night I ordered about 1045p with an estimated delivery time for 1121p. I waited about 10 minutes after the estimated time for I know it's just an estimated time. I called about 1135p the man said he just pulled it out of the oven it will be here in a few. I waited I called back and it was a automated call stating it's been delivered. Again I called on hold for about 10 minutes when the lady answered I said that the order was not handed to me. The driver said he gave it to the lady outside. I said it's not, I haven't been given anything. There was delivery instructions to call when outside. I did not recieve a call. The lady became nasty, telling me to call tomorrow and speak to someone. I said I've waited over an hour for the food I ordered. I'm expecting to have it delivered tonight. Very poor...

I’ve come here 3 Times & it’s NEVER any pizza, breadsticks wings or nothing pizza related.. just popcorn & hotdogs & pretzels. Every time every employee gives endless excuses of why nothings ready.
