Rally's

First off, I would give NEGATIVE 5 stars if I could.. ordered through the automated drive thru which was the best part of this fast food experience, it had my order perfect when it read it bk to me. However, every car that ordered through the drive thru was told to park after paying. The service was VERY SLOOOOOOOOW.. Had a guy running food out to the cars with no clue who the orders go to, even though none was in the drive thru.. why are they parking every car?? Orders weren't right, ppl leaving and then coming BK to go inside and get their orders fixed. We waited almost 30 mins for 2 big Buford COMBOS, then the guy comes out and says we only ordered sandwiches!!?? What?? We paid almost $20!!?? Anyways, we already had our drinks from when we paid.. and then half of the food, our sandwiches!! We waited another 10 mins just to get our fries. Needless to say, the service was BAD, very "disorganized" as the man apologizing put it. This is by far the worst Rally's we've ever been to.. If u are working and want "fast food" for lunch, go somewhere else or u will problem end up eating this slop while ur driving and be late getting back to work!! Terrible establishment. Period. 👎 -5⭐ experience 🤢🤮
