Rally's — Restaurant in Cleveland

Came here tonight. At about 1225 am. Light skinned dude at the window with big hair took our order then sent us to the parking lot to wait and we did… about 10 minutes. Dark skinned guy with blue shirt on brought our food over to the car, with no drinks. We then let him know we had 3 drinks with the meal. He told us to pull in to the other side window and we did. Waited and watched the light skinned dude make several drinks for other orders. Made eyes contact with me multiple times and just left me sitting at the window. I saw the dark skinned guy come out with another order for another car, I then yelled out to him to get his attention. He then went inside and made two drinks. I let him know he was missing one. I could tell he was irritated with me for not having my drinks in the car lol 😂 as if it was my fault. He then tells me “make sure they give you your drinks before you park” it’s not my job to give you drinks I just make the food in the back. I said that’s what you tell your team mates not me, he then went on to tell me “don’t you want your drinks “ 🤣🤣🤣 this guy literally got into a discussion and semi argument about me needing to tell them that they need to give me my drinks. I can’t even believe it! 😳 Not, I’m sorry about this, nothing like that! Just made it my fault that they didn’t give me the drinks and told me it’s not his job. I don’t even know why I’m writing this long review because I’m quite sure nothing will be done. 🤣 Oh, and get all the way home and the order was wrong because we didn’t check the bag. I guess that would be your job huh? Or no? 🤣🤣 unbelievable. And you guessed it, everything in the bag was cold after sitting there that long waiting for everyone to decide who should give me my drinks… 🥴...

Been coming here for awhile and this time the guy taking orders says "cash only" right when I pull up. (Around 12:18 am) I asked if the machines were restarting and I could wait so I can use credit if that's an option. Now instead saying something like "actually we won't be accepting credit for the rest of the night" (which I come here frequently, they've never not accepted card) They probably just didn't want to make an order....guess what....thats kinda in the job description. (Hope they weren't doing the cash scam where they calculate how much change to give back but never type the order in) He just repeats himself and says "cash only" to everything I say after that. My friend says she has cash so I tell the guy at the window thats fine and just to give me one second to look over the menu....not 3 seconds later he says "you ready now" in way where it seems like he's so bothered by someone just trying trying to place an order.he attempts to cover the mic and complains to another employee about me. I just dove away after that. Why put the socially inept employee at the window. Slim...

January 25, 2025 at 2:04 am i order #2 chicken bite & fries boxes and ask for my order to be made fresh to order the 3 people who work the night shift this late night early morning, one caucasian lady with a nasty disposition standing in that window, a heavy breaded caucasian guy who i assume made my food and a caucasian man who i assume name Joshua is on my receipt took my food back from me when i told him that it wasn’t made fresh to order like i asked, i’m more then for sure they dump the food in the bag i complained about not being fresh back into the hot oil to give a false impression that it was cooked to order which it wasn’t, and handed it back to me fairly quickly i left without a word the 2nd time becus i don’t have the time or energy to go off on these people. this is the 3rd issue i’ve had with this specific location and i never said anything up until now. start over and get RID of that staff yall call fast food professionals and cooks. ima race the engine becus i’m know i’m not the only one they keep doing dirty. what a way to start off the new year awful...
