Scooter's Coffee — Restaurant in Cleveland

I went through to order a drink and after I got done ordering, I asked the lady how much my total was so I would have the money ready by the time I got to the window and so they didn’t have to wait on me and she said she didn’t know that they were too busy making drinks and she wasn’t at the register. it was in a very rude way. I couldn’t believe that she acted like that as soon as I got to the window, and I talked to the other employee because the other girl sounded like a manager, which I assumed was a manager, the employee at the window apologized, and I told her that I wanted to cancel my order because I thought that was rude and disrespectful of how that lady was towards me because I asked my total I am a paying customer I should be able to know my total it’s not my problem that there is drinks you have to make. I believe there was like maybe one car in front of me and one car behind me possibly two cars behind me if that but she was probably just beginning to make mine so I’m not sure what “drinks” she was referring to. I had the worst experience at this Scooters location!! My husband and I ordered 2 coffee drinks at the drive-thru. The girl at the window took our card and immediately intimidated us by guilting us into putting a tip on our card. Why would you beg customers for a tip at a drive-thru restaurant?? We felt swindled. Then I reached out to get our coffee the cashier was handing us and she spilled part of my husband's coffee on me!! It gets worse. She then blamed me for her spilling coffee on me because she claimed I was reaching up for it when she was already reaching down. This women was terrible!!! I hope she gets fired soon. She was middle aged with brown hair and thin. She had a terrible attitude and tries to extort tip money from drive-thru customers. It's a shame. The Scooters on route 58 in Chattanooga is excellent. This is the second time that my wife and I have gotten a frozen coffee here. The coffee has been great both times. However we get a coffee that you can’t even find on the menu. The only way that we we new about this flavor was the person taking the order the first time told us about it. Today we stopped in heading out of town and the person taking the order wasn’t aware of that particular coffee either. We decided to try a sandwich today , after paying the bill we were told they were out of that particular sandwich. The person that took the order couldn’t even give a refund and didn’t even bother to hang around and learn what to do when the manager finally came over. They definitely need to get their act...
