I'm always on the go and I have an illness! The trick is I don't look like I have an illness! God has blessed me in that manner. I went to Starbucks after having a full morning and a crazy day and I was very enthusiastic and happy as usual. The customer service I got from this fat jealous woman was disgusting. I was too busy and tired to call and frustrated. I took pictures of the store. I left the venue came back in asked Emily what the girl's name was and let her know I would definitely be calling on her. I was the only black person in the establishment alone, so for her to think she could treat me like I was invisible was disgusting. I sat there waiting on my Frappuccino longer than the people who walked in at least 15 minutes after me. She didn't even give me the frappe she sat on the counter but they were people all around so I couldn't even see it mind you she was calling everyone else out by their name or handing them their drinks. I've never been treated like that but it was obvious that she was jealous she was about six times bigger than me and probably just wasn't happy. I'm not trying to shake her but these are things that usually I call it how I see it. I'm still going to call and email Starbucks because usually I go to the CEOs directly when I feel like I'm misrepresented as a customer. This is why this establishment had one star but it is a wonderful building it's a wonderful place some of the girls were absolutely nice! Emily in particular. It is clean it's relaxing and it's a Chill Spot. You will enjoy that Starbucks though it is not a drive-through you literally walk in order get a book have a conversation. I will not be returning back there until I get this situation handled that employee. I did not have time to evaluate this review how I wanted to. You guys know that I'm big on customer service no matter where I am! If it's not right you will hear about it! LOL love you guys and this made the frappe distasteful I didn't finish it it was actually disgusting because she made it! So I spent all my money tip the girls for no reason at all! People need to get over their feelings you cannot go into work when you have to serve people and think that you can be biased! Ok.....so I want to give this place a 2 star rating. But, the inside is just too beautiful for me to do that. What in Sam hill possessed the engineers of Starbucks to pick a location with like 5 parking spots? Seriously.....it turns into a war zone! Not to mention, the flow of the parking lot is ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE! If you are going through drive through.....beware. You could end up waiting on the street in the middle of traffic. No joke people. Real life frogger.
The inside of this location is absolutely beautiful. I love the fit and finishes they used, the large selection of food and snacks and I LOVE how bright and full of light it is here. Baristas are knowledgable....but expediency is very much lacking. I could have put a load of laundry in and come back.....ok, not that bad. But it took almost 10 minutes, and it wasn't near as busy as some of the other locations....and those locations rock the time!
I opt out from this location as much as possible only because spots are scarce and I really don't want to wait the extra time...

I’ve worked 60 hour weeks at Amazon to make sure Christmas presents are delivered on time. Everyone’s mad and no one wants to be there. On my last day, Christmas Eve at 6:45am, all that will make me a little happy after my 12 hour shift is a Starbucks coffee… I sit in the drive through for five minutes, call three times after that, and then when I finally pull up to go out I see people inside and I just get a hand signal that they’re closed. I try to look at the hours on the window and the lady just keeps doing it and starts yelling “closed”.
Least they could have done is come on the drive through speaker and told me nicely and why, or made a sign… something… I come here 5 days a week and now I will go out of my way to go somewhere else before work.
