Subway — Restaurant in Cleveland

My family has a funeral home right next door to this Subway. Between me, my brother, and the many other employees that give this Subway business, we all agree that it's the worst one in Cleveland. We've been going to this Subway for years and the manager treats us as if every time we come, we're brand new customers that he's never seen before. He has a horrible attitude and treats every customer poorly. Don't even think about asking for a piece of salami on a sandwich that doesn't include salami because he won't do it, or any custom order for that matter. He does not register the word "extra" either, because if you ask for extra anything, you won't get it. He makes sloppy sandwiches that fall apart in the bag. Only one employee at this Subway treats customers well. The most recent reviews of this place are totally accurate. I have lived in this neighborhood for 10 years and remember when this Subway location was GREAT! The owners at the time made sure the had the ingredients I like and went out of the way to accommodate us. In recent years there is an employee who works at nights who, as another person suggested, seems to want you out of the store as quickly as possible and come across as extremely rude.

Tonight was the final straw for me, because this same employee was not following food preparation protocol for Covid-19. His mask was not covering is nose, and much of the time it wasn't coving his mouth. Not only was he making our subs like this, but he was also breathing on everyone else's that had yet to be made. To be honest if I could give zero stars I would. I decided to stop here with my son's after leaving the beach. Since it was close by and a better choice than greasy fast food. If you have children who have special needs I do not recommend this location at all. I have a autistic son and my other son deals with sever social anxiety. The employee's seemed very bothered when they was trying to order their sandwich. They don't listen when you tell them what you want on your sub. I ended up having to remove stuff from one of son's sub because the gentleman didn't listen when he said he didn't want a certain meat on his sub. * Also some of the meats and veggies looked very dry and old.
