Tudor Arms Bar and Grill — Restaurant in Cleveland

After coming back to our hotel after a meh dinner experience we wanted some drinks and dessert. A server came over to ask us if she could put something in for us. I asked for a few minutes. The server then went off and talked with front desk person. We wait about 10-15 before I went up the the bar and asked the bar tender for our drinks and cheese cake to go. This was extremely frustrating as at our dinner also had terrible service. Interrupting the front desk person and our server to have the elevator called down, our server made a face and walked off with another worker. I guess she was done...

It was at a convenient location from a meeting we were attending elsewhere, so we thought we would give it a try. We had 11 of us, which seemed to overwhelm the bartender. There were only 6 other patrons. Food took over 40 minutes to arrive, some got theirs in 20min others 40min. She seemed irritated that we were there. We wanted 2nd round of drinks, but she was too busy to take them, because she chose to sit behind bar. The food was nothing special. Would not recommend based on service and there are tons of other locations that have fabulous...

The service was slow but the server was nice. The food though...I had pasta primavera with seasonal vegetables, which meant a couple sad slices of zucchini and couple sad slices of squash. The sauce had this funky taste, like something wasn't quite right. I ate a bit but thenI just felt I was setting myself up for food poisoning. My partner had the same experience with a club sandwich, just tasted wrong. We'll be back in Cleveland soon and we will NOT be going back to...
