Einstein Bros. Bagels — Restaurant in Cleveland

This location only loses points because of location and signage. It is inside an Engineering wing of the University and there is no signage to help you find it (ingress is a challenge If I'm putting it kindly). But the team at this location (I didn't have time to get details) was all pro-level. Friendly but focused on service. This is just barely more than a kiosk but I received fast efficient friendly service despite it being steady when we walked in. I mentioned it is located inside an Engineering school... I was there on orientation day and two orientation groups came in right after me and I saw them process probably 30 orders in what seemed minutes and the team didn't break stride or lose their smiles....

They constantly get the order wrong. For instance, I ordered avocado toast today. They accidentally made avocado garden, which they then threw away. Then, they re-made my order, which turned out to be very disappointing. The bagel was not toasted, and it had questionable egg white on it. I dislike egg white, so idk what's going on there. I expected my toast to be warm and toasty like a normal toast. Plus, their receipt doesn't show what you are being charged for, even if you use credit card; i have no idea where they messed up and whether I was charged for their mistakes. I wouldn't be eating here if there were places to eat around...

Horrible customer service . Only got a bottle of water and large Carmel macchiato. First they said they were out of Carmel then a girl said to what looked like manager if they could use new Carmel . Then my husband and I stand and wait while three other people after us order beverages and the girl making the beverages makes all of theirs looks up at me and asks me what I ordered. I said large Carmel macchiato again and finally she makes it. Avoid this place st all costs. Manager was hiding somewhere while all of this...
