We got the asiago chicken club and the ghost pepper chicken sandwich. And two small vanilla frosties. We had come from another Wendy's that had screwed up our order and I had gotten a refund for. I came all the way over across town because it was a newer Wendy's. We ordered our sandwiches and our frosties and then I had asked the lady who handed our food which I heard her inside talking to one of the other employees asking if they have put spoons in the bags and she said yes she had and she said thank you. Which I saw that they were already communicating very well. Which I was happy about then I had asked her if all the Wendy's were franchised and she explained to me that there is three in town that were and the only one that was not was the one on 25th Street which I had a problem at but I didn't tell her that. Then I said yeah I explained to her yeah I had a problem with the way the food was it wasn't made correctly she apologized which it was not her fault it was theirs. And I said that is okay and then she handed our food and I said thank you very much we went and sat in the parking lot and ate our food each of the sandwiches were amazing they were not smashed down they had the right products on them with my chicken asiago club had my asiago cheese on it my daughter's ghost pepper chicken sandwhich was perfect she loved every minute of it.. I was very happy with this visit to this particular Wendys Stuart road. I will be going back there again one the store seemed 100% cleaner even though I went through the drive-thru you can tell from the smell inside and the way it looked not only that it's newer than the other one I had visited earlier in that hour. I'm very pleased how the food came out and happy they have the vanilla. It was a rough summer that they only had chocolate and strawberry I was not happy. I only like vanilla LOL. Thank you to the blonde haired lady at the Wendy's that was pleasant and nice and all our food was made correctly and tasted amazing. Thank you for turning in a bad lunch day which took almost 2 hours instead of an hour. And you made our day better and turned it around by having our food correctly and it tasted very nice and you all didn't smash it thank you so much. Also only spent $18 and some change at this Wendy's when the other Wendy's charged me $25.50. I found out that they can charge different prices and I can't believe that they were higher that's outrageous to me. I think that they should all be the same price especially when you're in the same town.......I only have great things to say about the Wendy's on Stewart road on this particular visit. Also thank you for being cheaper than the one on 25 Street I truly...

They turn off their frosty machine earlier than they are supposed to. Probably to avoid getting orders for it. Beware if you order through Door Dash and order a frosty close to the hour BEFORE they are actually supposed to turn it off. They'll lie and say an order was already picked up by another dasher (by doing this they cannot be held liable) and you'll never get your frosty. Your order will just sit in the ether, until you cancel it and issue a refund. Which, again, no skin off their backs.
Creating a burger is simple. Much easier than what the folks at Taco Bell have to do with the burritos and specialty items... and yet they can't seem to make a burger right. Ask for a Jr. Bacon Cheeseburger and get a burger with no lettuce or tomatoes. But you'll get pickles and onions! Items that don't even belong in a Jr. Bacon Cheeseburger!
The chili can sometimes be the most watered down chili I've ever seen. At least the chicken nuggets were good? So there's that.
It seems that if I want Wendy's I am going to enjoy, I'll need to drive to the other side of town. Otherwise, I risk my order either not being fulfilled or being wrong.
To the consumer: eat elsewhere.
To management: retrain everyone.
To corporate: close down this franchise. Or get...
Read moreJust 3 stars, no more & no less. I will provide an explanation at closing of this review. To whom it may concern; I am allowed 30 minutes for lunch. I work less than 3 minutes from your facility. Upon arriving, I entered the drive-thru lane and took my place in line behind the only other vehicle in the drive-thru. Unfortunately for me, the driver of that vehicle consumed a ridiculous amount of time at the speaker. They pull forward, I do the same and stop at the speaker, then put my car in park and shut off the ignition. I was asked to wait. Instinctively, I assumed (again) more time is being consumed by the same driver but now at the drive-thru window. Less than 4 minutes later, I hear an apology for my wait and then asked if I was ready to order. With efficacy, my order was place and received. I pull forward to see the driver in front of me STILL at the window, and..yet again, consuming more time. Finally I arrive at the window. All goes well until I am left waiting for the purchase receipt for my order. Less than 90 seconds later, the employee looked at me and that is when I stated that I was waiting for my receipt. At which time he immediately looked at me and asked, “do you want a receipt?” That question cost your establishment a 5 star review. Aside from his mistake, the inconsiderate driver in front of me in drive-thru, as well as the incorrect syrup + carbonation ratio for the Dr. Pepper dispenser, my visit was acceptable. Maybe next time I will...
