If you’re looking for the nicest people in the world, in a super charming place where you will feel so welcome, look no further!
Everyone I’ve met who works here has been incredibly kind, warm, friendly, and generous. I pretty much moved in for two days in a row, and nobody so much as blinked at it. The first day I even left multiple items behind, and they couldn’t have been nicer about it.
The food and drink is excellent. The new lemonade is bomb. I especially loved the simit plate. It made me sentimental for European hotel breakfasts from when it was safe to travel outside the U.S. without worrying about the psycho government endangering one’s life upon trying to return home. Fresh, healthy, and simple, with extremely high-quality ingredients, and so satisfying.
The room is bright, cheerful, comfortable, and welcoming.
The music is great. Not good: great.
They also keep the room refreshingly chilly. A godsend in this weather.
Bonus: they have parking out back, which is both plentiful and spacious, i.e., it’s very easy to enter and exit. It’s hard to find any parking at all in this and neighboring towns, let alone parking that is this easy to deal with.
I like this place so much that it is making me semi-seriously consider moving to live somewhere nearby.
(Aldo’s review below is ridiculous. Why does he feel entitled to free stuff, and why would he advertise so publicly his apparent shortcomings as a member of society?...
Read more5 bucks for a large burnt regular basic coffee is one thing but on top of that the woman at the register had to be one of the most rude employees I’ve ever encountered in my life. Literally no one else in the cafe and she gives me this giant attitude because I changed from black coffee to black coffee with a little cream. Sorry miss didn’t know you didn’t have milk outside the counter like literally every coffee shop but ok. No worries. Can you please put a couple of sugars also please? She literally just points behind me where the sugar is with the same attitude and sour face. I was courteous and and apologetic for changing my coffee from black to black with a little cream, but you would have thought I committed the worst sin imaginable after such a simple request. She was that rude. I will not be coming back to this cafe. I’m new to the neighborhood and looking for a cafe I could do work in the future. But definitely not this place. Bad vibes. Rude employees....

She refuse and told me I have pay for a new drink all I wanted to do is change it to something stronger. How would I know what I like if I’m a first time customer.
That’s not good customer service I don’t understand what’s so difficult about switching a drink. I ask her if you can’t change it then give me a refund which I was not trying to do.
She got very angry that attitude is not good told me I got my refund get out or I’ll call the cops totally...
