We heard this was a great Turkish restaurant and so we wanted to give it a try. We came in for early dinner one day since we figured it would be less busy. There was only one other table of guests and us. Everything was clean and seemed nice. We ordered a salad to start and our entrees, Sis Kebap and Adana Kepab. Adana came out first and the Sis came out significantly later. The adana was good but not the best i've had. It felt like it lacked salt and flavor which was odd as Adana is usually so flavorful and my favorite to try everywhere I go. There was also a lot of hard pieces in the meat which felt like cartilage and not chewable. My partner that is Turkish did not like his Sis. The lamb was somewhat over cooked. He didn't finish his meal. We both agreed the best tasting thing was the sheperd salad and the feta which tasted super fresh and was the best feta i've ever had. While we did our best to enjoy our meal, the odd part was the hammering they had going on trying to fix a blind combined with the only other guests on their cell phone having an extremely loud conversation even though we were sat on the farthest back side of the room. Needless to say, it wasn't my favorite and we probably won't return as it felt unremarkable compared to many other places we've eaten at in the area. Good but not the best in my opinion.

This fantastic Turkish restaurant excels in offering the rich flavors of Mediterranean cuisine, particularly with its delicious array of appetizers. Dishes like Adana kebab, chicken skewers, eggplant kebab, and döner are all meticulously prepared and bursting with flavor. The warmth and hospitality of the owner, Birol Bey, create an unforgettable experience for customers. The ambiance with live music adds a unique touch to the dining experience. Situated in Cliffside Park, the restaurant’s location with its dedicated parking makes it easily accessible. The friendly staff and appropriate noise level further enhance the experience. This remarkable establishment stands as one of the leading entertainment spots in New Jersey and is definitely worth a visit.

Interior is nice and cozy, they have a lot of tables and also live music stand. We ordered mix appetizer plates which comes with spicy vegetable, babaganush, hummus, soslu eggplant and Lebni. All of them was spot on, so delicious. As a main course we ordered beyti kebab, Adana and chicken shish plater they were nice too. We also ordered Adana wrap that my friend told me it’s ok not perfect. Lentil soup was tasty. Overall it was a good experience with everything. Servers are attentive and helpful. And the place is clean and everything is brand new since it’s a new restaurant. The only bad review I can make is that they need to keep their bathroom clean, it wasn’t very clean. Other than that I recommend it!

Check your receipt closely before you leave!

Was recently there with a party of 4. I recommended this location to colleague from work who's never eaten Turkish food before. We started our dinner at 7:30 food and service was good we wind up staying late and catching up and our wives were getting to know each other later on in the night they had a band come both of us don't speak the language but it was still good music and entertaining. I ordered a whole assortment of appetizers and dishes to give them a wide variety of food to try out paid the bill and left. On the ride home I felt like the bill was a little high so I actually took a closer look at it and noticed that they snuck in a $20 charge per person for the band and was not pleased at all I have no problem paying for services and food that I order and that I'm aware of. Fact that The establishment packed an additional $80 out of the blue with no explanation is...
