McDonald's — Restaurant in Clifton Heights

"Mickey D's" is Mickey D's" no mattereverytbing I. A meal deal! where they are! The poor girl that took my order was obviously New! I asked her if I could actually save some $ if I ordered a meal instead of ala-cart??? She replies," Ehhh? A meal? Oh no no that won't save you ANY THING by ordering a meal deal! (I think she was afraid that she was gonna have to cancel everything and start again from scratch!!! 🫨) I've come to expect this kind of service from this type of restaurant... I'm just simply amazed at the level of stupidity that's expected for normal! My poor neighbor is disabled so she orders food to be delivered most days. This summer I'm walking past her door when she asks, "Hey Nancy? did you get a McDonald's delivery? Or see onel near by? Uber eats is trying to say that my order was delivered almost an hour ago!!! She continues by saying, "I told them that IDK where it was delivered but it wasn't here!" They begrudgingly refunded her money. Cut to about ten o'clock at night I'm parking behind my duplex, (we actually have a driveway and garage!), as I'm driving up I see this McDonald's bag hanging in the GARAGE DOOR! (Ours duplex is in a row of 5 duplexes, we are fortunately lucky enough to have an end property) on, so my neighbors address specified "1st Floor" mind is "2nd Floor" our doors are clearly marked which door belongs to who and the apartment number (in our case floor number) so explain to me how anybody who's told that the delivery is for the first floor and they would think it necessary to drive behind the building and hang the food in a garage door? Besides hanging it on the garage door there isn't a door for people behind the house... There is a regular door on the side of the house but whoever thought that the back of the house was the front and the basement was considered the 1st floor, they thought it best to hang the food on the outside of the garage door .... Meaning that the delivery person sees no door for people, so it made complete sense to hang the food on the only way in and out. This way when the garage door is open the food bag can be found (or not found) because is between the door and the ceiling!!! Like I said, "The level of stupidity that the average person is willing to tolerate and except as the normal is just ridiculous and unexceptionable as far as I'm concerned!!!! But Hey,...

I came to this establishment this morning around 7am, and I ordered with Siani who was extremely nice, patient, and has great customer service. I ordered my breakfast and I asked for extra sauce on my sandwich. Siani hands me the bag with my sandwich in and it was barely any sauce on my sandwich and my Oreo frappe was missing the extra Oreo’s I paid for. Siani nicely asked her coworkers to fix my order. My Frappe got fixed but unfortunately my sandwich was still not how I ordered it. Siani asked the cook in the back to make sure my sandwich had extra breakfast sauce again. The Manager name Eileen walks up, very rude telling me I have to ask for extra extra sauce, and that’s how the sandwich comes. I’m telling her I asked and paid for the extra sauce, so I don’t understand why my sandwich is dried. She walks away with a bad attitude , horrible customer service. She comes back with a container of sauce and basically toss it on the counter and walks away. Siani is an excellent worker. Eileen needs to fix her nasty attitude or work else where because customer service is clearly not her thing. She always has a bad attitude when I go into the store. Another worker name shai comes in and handles the situation and has the worker remake my sandwich with extra breakfast like how it was suppose to been from...

THIS NEEDS TO BE TOLD OR TRUST ME I WOULD NOT TAKE THE TIME TO REVIEW MCDONALDS. Get a receipt when you pay by cash at the 1st bc the 18 year old Caucasian girl with brown wavy long hair and black rimmed glasses who is 5 feet tall and about 120 lbs is a THEIF ! In case your wandering the woman writing this review is 38 years old and Caucasian. Here is what happened... I order a McChicken Sandwich plain. I paid $1.75 for it in cash. I was not given a receipt. I pulled to the 2nd window and their was all this chaos and confusion. I had no idea what was going on. The black woman said, "you paid for a sauce packet"? I said, "no I paid $1.75 for a chicken sandwich with a $1 bill and 3 quarters". She went to the 1st window and the THIEF gave her a receipt saying I paid $0.15 cents for a sauce packet. She's really lucky I didn't get out of my car and confront her at window #1. I would of taught her a valuable life lesson that she would if never forgot. So this pic steals your cash and deleted the item you paid for them rings it up as a "sauce packet" so she can pocket the rest of the money.
