Casco Viejo Restaurant is definitely making great strides under its new management! The staff is friendly and attentive, and you can tell they are putting in a lot of effort to create a welcoming atmosphere. The food is authentic Dominican cuisine, full of flavor, and cooked just right. Every dish I tried had that homemade taste, and the seasoning was on point.
While thereâs always room for improvement as they settle in, I can see this place becoming a go-to spot for Dominican food lovers. If youâre looking for delicious, well-seasoned meals and a restaurant that truly cares about its customers, this is the place to try. Keep up the great work!

Sometimes the salami is undercooked, sometimes itâs delicious. There is no consistency here at all and thatâs a MAJOR issue. Iâd be buying food every single day if things would taste delicious every day but it doesnât itâs always a gamble and Iâm done with...
