Dunkin' — Restaurant in Clifton

This Dunkin is beautiful and clean, but since they've opened they always gotten my order wrong. My simple order leads to 20 ppl passing me up in line, because they forgot about my order. Then I receive the complete wrong order and the coffee always taste burnt! There are always customers complaining and the staff just doesn't understand how to manage. I've tried and tried, but I give up! I'm not spending another penny at this Dunkin. It's a shame, because they opened up that area, which was previously abandoned, and now it won't last much longer.

Update September 2020:

Went back to try again, but this time did the mobile app. Went there and even though I was charged they claimed they didn't receive anything and couldn't help us out! So we stayed in line and reordered and paid again. Waited an hour and 40 mins and when we went outside the car was gone!!!!!! It was towed for staying more than 20 mins! The manager did nothing to help us out at all, they were defensive and rude and refused to take responsibility saying it wasn't their fault! Guess what it is your fault for waiting for almost a 2 hour service for pre-made food!!!!!!!!!!!!! I can't believe this...

I have had numerous positive experiences at this store. The below is just one of many.

I had a coupon for a free matcha latte with purchase. I went to this store and ordered a donut and a matcha latte with skim milk on the app. I saw the employee make a matcha latte. She put the latte to the side and made another latte. When I went to pick up my order, she handed me the second latte. I asked her what had happened. She said that she made the first latte with whole milk and then noticed that I had ordered skim milk so she remade the latte. (Note: I would have had no way of knowing that the first latte was incorrect. She remade it because SHE knew it was incorrect, not because I would have.) She then handed me the first latte and told me to enjoy that one as well. I was blown away by this amazing customer service. This is clearly an employee who takes great pride in her work, and this is also clearly a store that allows their employees to make independent decisions. This Dunkin is truly a cut above the rest with regard to customer service and quality...

I was so impressed how clean Dunkin' was! I asked for dark roast and they had a bit of old in the urn so they asked if I would mind waiting a couple of minutes. No problem. I looked around, everything was stocked and displayed nicely. The staff were amazing! Friendly, smiling, and just had great personalities. They made sure the tables were wiped off & clean, chairs pushed under the table so no one trips. I can go on. In my experience and I've been going to DD for years in different states, this particular Dunkin' on Route 46 East in Clifton, NJ is one of the nicest, friendliest, cleanest Dunkin' I have come across. The staff went above & beyond their duty and are a real asset to be employed...
