Today is September 15, 2023. Since around a month and a half ago this place is a complete caos. The manager is too loud and orders take forever because there are a lot young people that play around in front of the manager (specially Fridays) In others words they don’t respect the manager because she acts like them…. This manager talks to these young people about customers when she thinks they don’t speak Spanish and with other customers she knows they speak Spanish, she has no choice but to turn her eyes around with attitude …. That manager is the most ratchet I encountered… This place used to be the most nicest place with respectful people to go to get a breakfast, lunch or dinner but now I don’t even want to go to buy a simple coffee…If Coorporate don’t change the manager at this Dun-kin ( 817 Clifton Ave.. This place won’t have any customers, because they will choose to go to other Dun-kin that give outstanding service. I know if this continues and nothing is done, this Dunk-in will close down...
Read moreAlthough I am typically happy with the service at this Dunkin, I ordered a “small cold cup of milk” for my son. I was not given a receipt, but when they gave me an espresso cup, I asked for a small cup, thinking they charged me for it. I was told they didn’t charge me for it, so they couldn’t give it to me. I then paid for it so he could get it. I was a bit upset that I had to swipe my card three times for these small charges (they also forgot to charge me for an orange juice, which I pointed out) because things like that just give me anxiety, and I probably wasn’t as gracious as I normally am. However, one of the employees announced who I was to the entire store after I left, which prompted a strange man to message me on Facebook.
I can deal with mistakes, even if they upset me, but talking about a customer after they leave the store is extremely inappropriate and I will be contacting Dunkin’s...
Read moreI have been going to this place for years and never had such a bad experience, went there today and the manager over there was so unprofessional and rude. She tried to redeem my points and couldn’t do it eventually loosing them which is not a big deal for me but her bad attitude and the way she raised her voice infront of my autistic son, her employees and other customers on us was unbelievable and when we were leaving she told us infront of everyone not to come here which was very rude of her. When we left she chased us and came out and used abusive language where I told her that I don’t want to speak to her. She crossed all lines and I’m never going back to this place again. My son who has autism got so much upset because of her and got afraid of her.
