I ordered a steak sandwich, a steak arepa and 2 pina colada smoothies. the steak sandwich was pretty good. The smoothies were Okay i didn’t wait longer than 10 minutes for the food, so the smoothies should have been more frozen it was like juice. i ordered my arepa with no tomatoes and when i got it, it had tomatoes on it. We then went back to the store and told them the problem, They then just scraped the soggy tomatoes off the arepa and gave me back a crumbly mess. when i went back in to ask for a new one they started speaking in another language and laughing at me. Saying that i just need to eat it. eventually they brought out a new sandwich and it just didn’t taste good.

I come into this store at around 3pm for a quick bite . Staff doesn’t even acknowledge me a man in front of me allows me to step to the counter to order . A short gentlemen takes my order which was 2 empanadas . I pay for the order in cash . I thought empanadas were a quick serve since the items I wanted were right in front of me . I ended up having waiting 25 mins . It was only till I got up and said something to the a blonde female employee that she realized I was waiting for a long time and gave me my order . To whom it at concern I would have a long conversation with the FOH house staff . It was my first and last time as I don’t go to place where my business is not value . Customer service goes...

Phone rang and rang. Finally Someone answered and placed on hold for another 15mins. I drove to the place and was still on hold but no customers was even in the store. Lady at register purposely didn’t answer for some reason and was right next to the phone. She wasn’t doing much but standing and looking out the window appearing to be waiting on customers. Additionally, Food was terrible. I ordered a steak sandwich and ended up with a hot undercooked mess!! It was so sloppy and extra extra greasy. Food cooker guy tossed the “sloppy grease sandwiches” on the counter to the cashier which was disrespectful to me and her. Maybe they’re having a bad week but I won’t try again...
