I’m happy to hear Jersey Mike’s reads their reviews and listens to their customers.

I order online and decided to wait 10 minutes after I placed in the order, like I always do. Not only did I get greeted by both staff members on duty with smiles, but they really appreciated me because I coincidentally arrived when my cheesesteak happened to come out of the oven 30 seconds prior.

This is an example of exceptional service and all staff should be praised by Corporate for their efforts. I have adjusted my rating from 3 to 5 stars accordingly. Keep up the great work and exceptional service! 😀

Staff is extremely friendly and gives off extreme positive vibes. Food came out quick and tasted great. Nothing bad to report. Made my day.

Edit: after placing this review, it took over 20 minutes for my cheesesteak to be made here. On my most current visit, my cheesesteak seemed rushed, and the staff are so loud and unprofessional I couldn’t enjoy my meal in peace. My headphones are at max volume, and I can still hear them raising their voices at each other. Starting to consider...

I work as a delivery man and I have to pick up at this restaurant, whenever I go the women who work in this restaurant are quite rude to me, I thought it might be because they had a lot of work but yesterday (02/06/2024) at night I realized that it is not so, I went to pick up an order and the girl who was the only woman who was in the night, she did not even look at my face when I said hello, she just left me waiting and when she decided to give me an order without seeing my face she threw me a bag, She didn't even look at my face when I said hello, she just left me waiting and when she decided to give me my order even without looking at my face she threw the bag at me, the women who work in this restaurant are racist, I am working and we have to deal with this kind of racist people who think they have the right to treat Hispanics badly. And it's just Clifton's mike jersey because the rest of the restaurant workers are...

You have 1 job to do! Make a correct sandwich! Order subs for dinner, starving, wanting a good meal, try the new place in town, order through the app and say exactly what you want and it comes incorrect. Call and offer ONLY A REFUND. This is why everyone should support small business, order from the "local" sub shop or pizzeria there are plenty in Clifton. Oh and 3 - small 1/2 Subs and 3 bags of chips and plenty of napkins is $45 delivered through door dash

We do have a correction, we have ordered again from here because of a friend with a good experience and we figured what the heck...the manager was thoughtful and caring about our order...as if he knew it was us with our previous review... lol

That being said we had a great experience, give them credit when it is due. They are definitely fixing some of there woes of opening a new...
