I am very upset! I placed an order by phone for two personal pan pepperoni pizzas around 1pm on Monday, January 8. When I walked in the store, I notice a gentleman (driver) who never aknowledged by presence. I can hear a female speaking Spanish in the back (pizza maker) & I waited approximately 3 mins before anyone notice I was standing in the store. The female walked passed staring at me and never said anything. She asked the gentleman (driver) if he helped me and he said no. She then proceeded to asked me something in Spanish, I replied ("excuse me?)" being as though I do not speak Spanish I didn't know what she said. The driver walks over to me to ask me if I needed help. I proceeded to tell him my name & order. As I am on my way home, I began eating the pizza and immediately notice the the dough was old, by taste, the quality look of it and color. I contacted the store thereafter to inform them of the issue and that I would like for them to remake the order for me, the gentleman on the phone said "no, I'm not making nothing over" I replied "excuse me?" And he repeated it. I asked if I was speaking to the manager and he stated yes. I asked for his name and he said he's not giving it to me. I informed him that I would need my money back and he replied " well make sure you bring the pizza with you." On my way back I tried to contacting corporate and was unsuccessful due to the long wait time. So I proceed into the store. When I arrived the manager was standing at the counter and I asked if I was just speaking to him he replied "yes." He has no name tag on. I showed him the pizza and he repeated that he will not remake my order. It wasn't until I told him that I was a former manager at another location that he tried to engage in a conversation with me about where. After presenting the pizza to him and showing him the quality of old dough, he gave me my money back as I was talking to him (despite the fact that I paid my card) & answered his cell phone during mid conversation. All I wanted was pizza for lunch after a long day of caring for my mother after she had same day knee surgery at 5:00 am today! She lives just 2 blocks away however I live an hour away in North Plainfield. The manager name on the receipt is Grzegorz, my ticket number was 9 the store number is 013175. This is completely unacceptable. I will email corporate and continue to contact until something is done about this behavior. I am 100% aware that is a poor representation of Pizza Huts Yum Brands customer service and I know CSR, Shift Managers and General Managers & Regional Managers aren't trained this way.

Read moreThe first time I ordered from here was on dec 24th 2024. The pizza arrived completely doughy and uneatable. I had to cook them myself. I called, and I got a 45 dollar store credit. The second time, I ordered online because I truly didn't know you had to call to use the credit, as I had made the order online. Either way, when the food arrived, no Soda. So I called again to ask about the credits and the soda. I was met with straight disdain. When I call, I make sure to be kind and listen. I know I didn't give any attitude. She said she would either credit me or send out a soda, but I had my credit and I was good to go. Hours went by, I called because I was going to bed, it was that late, and asked to just have the credit. She stated I had my 50 credit, I got told to call back to make my next order and my credits would be there.
I called back today, try 3. Ely answered the phone (had to ask how to handle the phone call but magically became the manager halfway through the phone call). She first time me I used the credits, then she told me I never had them, then that I only had 5 dollars and my others expired. I asked for corporates number, she said she didn't have it. I asked for the store number she told me no, she didn't know what store it was. And what sucks the most is tonight was actually the night I really needed it. Read moreWe ordered at exactly 8:47 PM on a Saturday night online and were told to pick-up the order at 9:02 PM. Upon arriving, we were asked our order number several times as the woman behind the desk walked back and forth talking to others - she was not paying attention.
After being told our order would be ready in 7-9 minutes every 5 minutes, we decided to leave. As we were leaving, we were told that the pizza was ready (even though it was not).
An hour later, we called the store for 10 minutes straight until they picked up. I asked to speak to the manager who really did not care what happened. I told him the story and he said so what do you want me to do about it. I asked if our service meant anything and if they would be okay with losing service - he nonchalantly replied by saying 'it doesn't matter'. I asked how they would 'rectify' the problem and he did not understand what I was asking. He stated that their store is not connected to the online ordering process which made no sense since we ordered online - makes absolutely no sense.
In the end, we plan on not ordering from them. They were not only rude, but they lied multiple times and did not try to fix the problem. Horrible that these people are...
