Associates will have pick up orders that have already been prepared just sitting on the counter unpacked for 15+ minutes. Beverages just sit there to get cold or whip cream dissolved. Then when you request to pick up the order they start to move extra slow while packing it, as if they enjoy having someone wait on them and watch them pack coffee. It’s unbelievable that the supervisor on duty allows this. The girl was specifically packing pick up orders while the other staff did different task and yet she manage to take 15 minutes to put 3 Ice coffees into the bag, whip cream basically complete dissolved at this point. I feel this behavior is intentional because it seems to be standard practice at this location.
Im not sure if the staff does this on purpose because they are losers in life and get joy from making other people wait on them and watch them play with cups and bags or if they are really just that incompetent.
If you order delivery from this location just be aware your drinks are likely to be cold and or whip cream dissolved and ice melted because the employees need validation as they want drivers to watch them put coffee into bags and pull stickers.

The middle eastern male worker in the front around 1:50pm today when I picked up my online order that I ordered 4 min beforehand and actually came in 3 min before it said it was going to be ready. I got my stuff and realized as I walked out my wrap was extremely cold and was never cooked. They forgot to heat it.
