Not impressed, decided to grab a starbucks which is rare , took me a while to locate because I didn’t know it was in the stop & shop , it said they were open online until 9 got there . The employee didn’t even acknowledge me until I said excuse me ? May I place a take out order, didn’t even look at me and said we’re closed, and I said online it says 9 didn’t answer , turned his back on me and finished doing whatever he was doing , I wouldn’t even rate a 1 but you have to give a rating, I’m thankful and appreciative of everyone working during this time but there no need for the cold rude service. They treat us like we lying. My daughter offered and showed them the receipts. There was no apology. Another customer got their order before us. No gloves hand over lid and didn’t offer straws.    Read moreI wish I could give this zero stars. Poor customer service. After waiting in line for 20 minutes for a Frappuccino, the Barista made sure to give me a disgusting drink. What a waste and I will be sure to not return. When I saw the ridiculous long line I should have turned around and gone to the Barnes and Nobles Starbucks.
