Me and a few friends of mine went to the mcdonalds and it was absolute garbage. I told the cashier that I wanted a large drink and it went completely over her head. Not only that but it took her forever to give me my receipt and she wasn't smiling at all. In fact she looked really bored. So did the cooks and window person. It didn't even look like they were hustling. the drink station was absolutely disgusting. There were spillings of different kinds of drinks everywhere and it was so sloppy. When I finally got back to my table a few of my friends told me that the cooks didn't even put the bun on correctly.
Now that I think about it it gives me a whole new perspective on my job and shows me what I don't want to be. My boss would be screaming at me if he saw me do what they did to us at McDonald's: not care about the customer, leaving everything a total mess, not doing the job RIGHT... because he's a gracious man I probably wouldn't be fired in the spot, but I'm sure that I would be fired if I didn't improve my work that week. I've even heard that McDonald's closes because no one comes in so the manager has no other choice. I feel terrible for that manager that he has to keep those lazy workers because no one else will fill out an application or if they do they never make it to the interview.
Even if I do feel bad for the manager, until things improve, I will not be coming back to this McDonald's. The employees are lazy and sloppy and there just isn't any love to be had or shared. Might I suggest trying the Wendy's across the...
Read moreWOW! Worst service we have ever received in ANY fast food drive and it was not even busy! Unfriendly, then rude and a long process at the order screen. (she changed it several times, no ranch will really mess them up.) Then at the window they charged our card for the WRONG ORDER! When we let crew member Tina know it was the wrong order she snapped at us, "What was your order?" As we were telling her she cut us off and said "Yeah, I got that." Then we have her "manager" if you could call this person a manager lean out the window tell us, "I need your charge card again" (The order they charged us for was cheaper, so she wanted to charge us the difference.) WE NEVER HEARD THE WORDS I'M SORRY FOR ANYTHING. They had us sitting in their drive for over 20 minutes for some chicken wraps! That is all we ordered. Nothing else. Tina, the crew member thought this was funny so she stood there and laughed as we told her manager how long we were there and how she was rude and could not take the order very well. The shift manager did nothing, and I mean nothing. We were so upset by the end of it we told her to refund what Tina charged to our card for the wrong order and cancel our order for the chicken wraps. Again, no apology. I was just blown away. I have no idea why Tina or this shift manager is even employed in a business where they must deal with the public since they are so bad at it. Read moreI would give 0 stars if that was an option. First and foremost I sat at the drive thru speaker and repeatedly said hello, no one answered. It is 7am the time posted for opening! With no response I drive around to the window where I see two employees. I waited to for either of them to acknowledge my presence. The guy looks at me and continues to the back and the young lady deliberately moves out of view. By this time two more cars pull in and No one responds to their requests for service as well, the two cars leave. It is almost 10 mins after 7am as two more cars pull in and it is at this time they began taking orders. I finally get in line and place my order for a breakfast meal. My order is rung up incorrectly and missing my hash brown. I am charged $5.30 for a breakfast sandwich and a large coffee, not a meal! When I bring the error to the young lady's attention ( who has zero personality and shows her lack of enthusiasm in body language and facial expression) she charges me another $2 for a hash brown. No apology. Needless to say my coffee was prepared wrong. I requested sugar and cream, NO SUGAR AND THANK GOD I opened the lid, because there was something floating in my coffee!
