Had a problem today with my car, and it prevented me from getting there to pick up my mobile order on time. I called and was told there's nothing that could be done because my food wasn't there anymore and the previous shift hadn't mentioned it to the evening manager. So I asked for a corporate contact and he didn't know. My husband went ahead and went up there to talk to him and everything was fine and we got our food, so I really appreciate the manager that I wasn't very nice to. Because I have worked fast food for years and it's not his fault he wasn't trained on how to ring it in as waste or whatever similar thing is done at arbys. These companies don't want to train or staff correctly and the customers and the staff always lose, while some executives somewhere get filthy rich. So I don't blame him, I blame whoever is making the decisions about how much training people get when they're going to be left with the operation of the entire store. It is so hard on the new managers and I have sympathy.

Thought o.k. we'll hang here they might be busy inside. 6 minutes later they come on and take our order. The car was still at the window. 5 minutes later it finally leaves. We pull up to the window. Now we wait. Notice there is only one guy. He's running the front counter, the window, and looked like the fryers. He finally came took our money. Went back for another few minutes. Then came and asked us to pull up and he'd bring it out when it was ready. We did, 10 more minutes and my husband finally went in and got it after having to ask for it. I felt sorry for the guy. Added an online order while we were there and it was ready in minutes. We are a traveling family of five and we were blown away by this Arby's. I feel terrible because I didnt catch the employees names but the girl at the front counter and the manager were awesome people. They all seemed like they worked pretty well together and did not once just stand around. They were cleaning the entire time if they weren't helping a customer.
