OH WHAT A COMPLETE AND UTTER JOKE! ordered tonight online at 5:00 with special delivery instructions that it please be delivered by 6:30 due to Not being home. my tracker goes off saying it was on its way at 5:30. So I hurried and called. the young man whom answered said it was actually sitting under the warmer for pickup! I told him we are not home. and I wanted it delivered at 6:30. He would get the manager.. After 17:49 Mins on hold i finally hung up and called Back. the manager Noah started he actually forgot I was on hold and said it was out For Delivery and he would leave it on the porch. I refused the pizza. after another 10 mins on hold and getting treated like I was doing them a favor. END RESULT I MAY GET A FRESH PIZZA WHEN THEY CAN DELIVER IT! I really need to Give up on them and order from another pizza place! moral of Story. DON'T ORDER FROM...

The service for this location has gone so downhill fast. When picking up my pizza I have never witnessed such disrespect from employees. A door dasher was belittled in front of everyone when he was being kind to them. His order was sitting in the warmer but they just walked away and still made him wait. When I arrived they said 20 more minutes after being told 15 minutes on the phone and not arriving until 20 minutes after I ordered. After 20 more minutes, I asked again and they said 20 minutes yet again. After waiting 10 more minutes I said to just give me a refund. All of a sudden my order appeared within a minute. They were not overly busy or understaffed. They had at least 6 employees, two being managers, just walking around chitchatting. The way I watched them speak to customers and walk away with such attitude is something I have never seen before. So...

Unreal. I ordered online from this place while they were running a $13 special. Imagine my surprise when those 13 dollars turned to $26 at checkout. "Its okay," I said. "At least it'll be a good pizza." I mean for almost $30 you expect a great product. What I got instead was, a 2 hour wait, with a pizza thinner than the paper plate i was eating it from. ICE COLD, I had to put it in my oven so it'd be even remotely palatable.

To make matters EVEN worse. They hired a door dash driver to deliver my order. I requested a contactless delivery but my instructions somehow got lost with the middleman. The store kept the tip I prepaid with my order so I had to tip AGAIN to insure the driver wasn't getting shafted by this Pizza Hut. All that for a THIRTHY DOLLAR 1 topping pizza that was cold, anemic, and took almost 2 hours to deliver. Stay away...
