A lot of our employees regularly order from this Jimmy John’s location. Recently, however, it took 1.5 hours for our order to arrive. One of our coworkers jokingly commented “not so freaky fast today?” to the delivery driver, Shane. Should she have done this? Obviously not. However, it was said in a very joking way. In fact, prior to this, our interactions with him from previous deliveries were great.
In response, he left our business a negative review. After clicking on his profile, we noticed this is a recurring pattern—he has left similar reviews for other businesses. I spoke with another business owner who received a bad review from him, and they confirmed their only interaction with Shane was delivering food; there was no other business-related contact.
We called the location, and the person who answered confirmed it was his profile but said they cannot control if he chooses to leave reviews. While I understand they can’t control his personal actions, I’m willing to guess this was done on company time. Does this mean this Jimmy John’s location is fine with an employee posting negative reviews about their customers?

The cashier interrupted me numerous times while ordering trying to give me my total & get me out quickly, despite nobody else being in the store. She also was trying way too hard to seem "cool" and made my experience uncomfortable. The sandwich had way less meat than I've always gotten, and was shorter than its been at other Jimmy Johns too. The mayo packets were disgustingly hot when I asked for them, and the meat was hot enough to actually melt the cheese partially. Read moreI ordered a Turkey Tom from this location today for lunch. It took them 25 minutes to deliver my food and it is about 10 minutes away from where I work. I got my food, they forgot my chips. I had to call them back and let them know that they need to deliver that to me as I had paid for it.
I then go to open my sandwich to check and see if they made it correctly. I look at it and there is 2 very small pieces of turkey on the sandwich. I called back because what I paid for for this sandwich should of been made much better.The sandwich was literally all breed a few tomatoes and cheese at this point.
