This business has no respect for the time or money you spend in their establishment. Poor responses on social media (below, included) and no desire to actually respond with any kind of help or consideration.

We visited last night for a friends birthday party. (Feb 11, 18) they weren't very busy at all which usually for a bar means faster service. We arrived in a Limo with 9-10 people around 9:30pm and we had zero wait to get in the door. That was the only time we didn’t do a lot of waiting….

3 Bartenders working who had zero hurry and on more than one occasion helped the person standing behind my wife and I instead of us standing at the bar. It took more than 5 minutes to order a drink let alone actually get it. Then when you get it, a shot is only half full and you’re charged $5 for it. So two shots, with the content of one, $10 and 10 minutes to get. And of course to complain, they walk away before you can say anything.

Again we return to the bar before leaving to close our tab and again a guy standing behind us was helped first. I see the gal then punch our drinks out to 17.50, then 4 minutes later she sets our charge slip in front of us which shows my card charged $18. Apparently they charge a 50¢ fee for this… the only bar in town I see do this even over nearby dives with better service. They are either cash only or minimum for a card.

So we finish with our friends and chalk it up to a place where we won’t likely go again and I send a message to the Facebook page to let them know our service wasn’t great, our drinks were under-filled and that I was annoyed we were not advised there was a charge for cards until after our card was charged. We did promptly receive a message back (faster, mind you, than it takes one of the Bartenders to get a mixed drink).

My message said: Is it normal for you folks to charge a card processing fee on top of drink charges Disappointed in cost of drinks vs quality and service tonight... Likely won't be back.

Response: Sorry for your experience. Yes we do charge .50 cents per transaction which is posted on all registers. Hope you understand the cost of doing business is not cheap? Thanks So really, if it’s too expensive to do business you shouldn’t do business. My small business accepts credit cards with no fee because it’s just good business and I am sure my income is exponentially smaller than theirs charging 5 bucks for a half an ounce of liquor and 5 bucks at the door. Then they LIKE their response to me in our chat session. RUDE.

I responded back about our disappointment with the drinks which went unanswered in their first message and that I would be sure to share their responses in my negative reviews. They then responded again saying: Every register has a sign on it sorry you missed it. Won't dispute what I didn't see but our bartenders have over 30 years experience and I trust them. Sorry again.

Came here for a good time. Started off well with drinks and music. The gentleman who was running the mechanical bull who stated later he was the owner was black out drunk and rude. He would walk around and offer girls he thought were hot free drinks if they rode on the bull and he could recorded it. Told several girls they were not pretty enough. I also was outside when he was berating his employees about how they were not wearing short shorts. He even told one employee who was on the bull that she should take her pants off and get on ride. He said no woman is good looking unless there showing legs. I was the sober Designated driver. When we asked him about his attitude after calling my date ugly because she wasn't a showing enough skin. He came outside on the smoking area to confront us about what we mentioned to one of the servers. He informed us it's his bar and he will do what he wants. Didn't argue with him since his eyes were so glossy and he could barely make a few sentences together. Long story short. Nice venue, horrible management and customer skills. It's always fun to be attacked for calling out someone's behavior. If your thinking of going call first and ask if the owner is there drunk. If yes. Do not go period. He will hit on your gf or wife with free drinks to get on bull when he doesn't see you near your date *Update it was whoever was running your mechanical bull. A dance floor with LED lights. 4 tvs ubove that. A DJ booth. You can see the dance floor from the urinals in the mens room. I am for sure it was your bar with 3 pool tables. Western decor. A chair used to pour drinks down....if that is a normal thing. There was a wedding party there. I was from out of state with family and my girlfriend. The girl who was complaining about her boss was in checkered pants.

I'm giving it one star to be able to comment on our evening. I went there a few years ago and it used to be a great place. Tonight was terrible. We asked the door man before we went in if there were going to be more people than just the about 10 people that were there and he said yes. No one else came in after we did. He basically lied. The band was terrible. You couldn't really even understand most of the words to most of the songs. I asked the owner that introduced herself to me if she could have them play a particular song and she said yes, but they never did (it's a popular song too, so I don't understand why they didn't play it). There was no one on the dance floor except for maybe one or two songs other than the employee's, I think the employees got on the dance floor to try and get other people to dance, but it didn't work. They didn't have half n half or even any milk to make me a white Russian so they came up with a different drink which the first one tasted good but the second one was very bitter no matter what they did and I just said it was ok, after they tried several attempts at making it like the first one. My friend and I had to basically make the night as good as we could regardless that the band was bad, the drinks were not that great and there were not very many people at all, even though it was a Friday night. My friend and I had a good time because we had already paid the astronomical entrance fee of $7, since it wasn't a very good place, $7 I thought was way to much for the evening we had or rather didn't have and it was his birthday, so we did the best we could at making it a good night.
