Sat at the drive through for 10 minutes with no response through the speaker, pulled up to the window and was helped there, but they did not live up to their freaky fast motto as I sat there for 10 more minutes watching the employees standing around talking, I let it go as I was just happy to get my food, but they gave me the wrong sandwich so I took it in to let them know only to get a snarky attitude and tone from the workers as they slam dunked the wrong sandwich into the trash can with anger. They opted to make me the right sandwich and as I got out to my car to open it up for a few bites before driving because I still had not eaten anything today, after 2 bites I noticed blood on the under side of the bread and as I took it in to notify them, I was greeted with fear and a deer in headlights look as the employee that made my sandwich scurried to put on new gloves as quick as he could and with stutters and tremors in his voice said "it must have been a part of the tomato"
I thought about asking for a refund but I was so frustrated that I just dropped the sandwich in the trash as I walked out with faith that karma would take care of the rest. I sincerely hope this was a fluke and doesn't happen to anybody else, but at the same time that location has the worst ratings of any I have ever been to and I completely...

We ordered sandwiches for the office and after clicking delivery online, entering our address and making sure it still said delivery when we ordered their system switched it to pick up on our receipt. After we started to wonder what was taking so long we looked at the receipt and saw they switched our order to pick up instead of delivery. When we called to tell them and get it fixed they told us it cost more to get it delivered and they'd have to completely remake all of our sandwiches in order to deliver them. We had to have to have someone miss work in order to go pick up the order from the most unhelpful employees. Then when she picked it up and told them their website needs fixed the worker just said 'well I don't know". NOT helpful whatsoever. Fix your bugs and next time have a little bit better customer service. I've been in customer service for 10 years and the first rule of working with a customer is that you work to fix the problem not create a bigger one and piss the customer off. Read moreThis is the second time I’ve had an issue at this location. The first time I placed an order for pick up and 15 minutes later it wasn’t ready. The two guys working, were doing prank calls over the Sound system. This time, I decided to try the drive through. After waiting for 5 minutes without an answer, I decided to go inside and order. When I got inside, the same two guys from my previous visit were playing rock ‘n’ roll McDonald’s and a song about Batman’s a** over the speakers. Took 5+ minutes to make the sandwich because one of the guys disappeared to the back. The guy making the food reached into a bucket below the counter to grab a pickle & continued making my sandwhich without changing gloves. The quality of the food just isn’t as good as other places. There’s no way they use fresh bread at this location. I recommend going to a different Jimmy John’s location or just going to Jersey Mike’s instead.
