:( I have worked in the food industry and fully understand the inconvenience that comes with last minute customers, but part of the job is just that. I was ready to apologize for being one of those customers (unavoidably) and ready to give a 100% tip when I pulled up to order 6 minutes before closing time. Screen was on, as were all the lights. I waited at least 2 minutes before politely asking for a response. I then pulled up to the window to see two employees one with a white puffy coat on, the other also bundled up but facing me. Took another few minutes for her to acknowledge me only to roll her eyes and gesture ‘closed’ waiving her hand at the neck. Looking surprised I loudly asked “really?”...Feeling stupid talking at a window I continued to wait while she repeated the ‘closed’ gesture & turned her back to me. She was pale with heavily dyed & straightened black hair but of course no apron nor name tag that I could take note of, as she was obviously dressed to leave any second.
I have been to dozen of Starbucks stores locally and away over the last 10 years and have never felt experienced this level of unprofessionalism and lack of courtesy. For an overworked genuine coffee lover, this experience thoroughly ruined my night and I simply hope no one else goes through that. So I guess my only advice to customers is, DO NOT go to this store anywhere close to last minute because you will end up insulted & belittled. Some humanly advice to the insolent & cold employee: a meager particle of professionalism & empathy could go a long...
Read moreAbsolutely the worst experience at this location and worst customer service I have ever experienced. It started with an employee mopping my feet! She was mopping and I tried to get out of her way However she still ran mopping over my shoes I didn't say anything.i ordered double shot expresso and that batista was fine. Then I wait 10 minutes for it and as I was walking up to ask about it the younger batista set down 4 cups of what they serve expresso in.me and another customer asked who these were 4 the young batista shouted "read the cups" we both looked at cups 3 were blank and 4th one I couldnt tell whose name was on there. So I said there was no names on cups.she replied "why are you yelling at me" I said I'm not yelling at you there's no names on these cups!.I'd you don't like it sir you can leave! At this point I'm in shock. I said let me talk to your manager.shes busy and I'm not going to get her! Then the girl who mopped my feet interjected and said "What are you a KAREN"! I said no I'm a Ryan At this point another customer said to the employee, why would you say that to him he just wants his expresso. At that point I had enough and left. And do you think management will reach out to me? Do not go to this location . In fact I'm done...
Read moreHonestly, I am not one to do this but I will not come to this location anymore. I love Starbucks, and have my usual location that I go to but occasionally I stop by this one since it’s close to my work. Usually the barista‘s are so kind. I in fact, was formally a barista for Starbucks and I know that they stand adamantly behind good customer service. However, each interaction I’ve had with this gentleman name Matthew who works at the drive-through window has been extremely unpleasant. I in the past have made attempts just to say hello, thank you, good morning, have a nice day for him to ignore me and say nothing and close the window in my face and so today is my last time ever going here because I decided that I wouldn’t say a word to him as he usually does to me. The first time it happened I said to myself OK maybe he was just having a bad day I’m not gonna take it personally but then the next five or more times I’ve came there it’s been the same thing every single time. I will definitely be sure to continue to just go to my usual location where the staff is warm and friendly and don’t make you feel like an inconvenience. If you hate your job that much go...
