Carl’s Jr. — Restaurant in Clovis

I did not have a pleasant experience at all! I ordered 8 plain chicken sandwiches and 2 combos.I literally was told to pull in front where I waited over 15 minutes. Long wait aside. All 8 Chicken sandwiches were incorrect and I had to come back from my home (babies are picky which is why I order them plain). They took even longer to make the replacements and I actually had to stop the gal in the back as I saw her pick up the mayo... mind you I spent 45 min altogether and I live 2 streets over. This experience was supposed to be a quick trip as I did not have the time to cook. After Receiving what I had originally ordered (No apology whatsoever) I did also ask if they were going to be throwing the mistaken food away. ( I hate to waste food) So I did ask if I can go ahead and keep the mistaken food so it won't go to waste. The cashier then proceeded to tell me that the woman who made my order was going to be buying and eating them. Felt very "we don't care at carl's that day. I normally stop in here once a week sometimes more but I think I will be taking a break from your establishment. I spend way too much money with your company (always a 50$+ order) to be treated so nonchalantly unimportant. Wasn't about the food but more the attitude. I did not inconvenience YOU. Quite...

Disappointing Experience Carls Jr! The moment we walked in as a family of three, we were not greeted properly. Instead, we were asked, quite impolitely, if we needed the restroom key. The staff member stated, "You looked that way, so I assumed you needed the restroom key." My family all looked at each other, confused, and said, "No, we don’t need the restroom key. We actually wanted to order some food. Can we do that?" I told her we would use the restroom key after we ordered, to wash our hands before eating. Is that okay?

We proceeded to order three meals, but the order was wrong! This is insane, considering no one else was in the restaurant. How did they get our order wrong? My husband’s meal had no white onions, and they forgot his medium fries. I was shocked that the staff seemed more concerned with us using the restrooms than getting our order correct.

We spent $45, and no one else was even in the restaurant. It's so sad that they couldn't get one order right. To top it off, the staff brought out two cookies to apologize for the mistakes. I would have rather not been given the cookies. It didn't feel like a genuine apology.

Today's visit shouldn't even get 1 star. $19 for a chicken sandwich combo (medium size only!) only to be garbage. The fries were old and bending, not crisp at all. They obviously had been sitting out all morning because at noon when I went in the food was VERY old and salty tasting, with a strong fishy presence. It was foul and went in the garbage. It was lunch hour, why was NOTHING fresh. Im shocked and dismayed. Carl's used to be SO good, and now for so much more money than the other places charge, I got to trash my food. It was not edible. Old and fishy tasting.The oil needs to be changed like yesterday or weeks ago. Really Carl's how much are you going to keep raising your prices? You care nothing about your customers.
