Good pizza but the staff is always confused when I place an order. Staff needs more training. Especially in the register. Always overcharge. Gotta have it corrected every time because they get the order wrong. Won't say anything until you look at your receipt. Always double check your receipt for errors. For example I was charged 2 extra bucks for my order. No big deal. They actually caught the mistake this time instead of me. But since I paid with a debit card they wanted to charge me again for the correct amount minus the 2 bucks and they would refund the original amount in 2 days so that I could get my 2 bucks back. Huh? Are you confused yet? Lol. I said no, I'm not paying twice which would have been 40 bucks total just to get 2 dollars back in a few days. I said just throw in a marinara sauce which was a 1.50 or something and forget about it. They initially said no. Has to be "official". I said well maybe your manager can figure it out? So out comes 18 yr old kid #2 trying to figure out the problem. I said dude just throw in a sauce and keep the difference. I'm not paying twice for the same pizza. So kid does the math in his head I guess? Says ok, and throws in a extra sauce and crazy bread too. So I have a lobby full of people looking at me like I'm the jerk. So I say thanks to the manager in training or whatever he was and leave. Read moreI am a frequent Little Caesars Delivery app customer which I don't have to be because this store is literally across the street from my house. Usually I love that fact because the delivery is really quick. However, I have ordered $70 orders twice this week because my Autistic son won't eat anything besides, pepperoni pizza but he takes off the pepperoni. However, both times the pizza was doughy like it wasn't cooked all the way and it was heavy with sauce and cheese that when you lift out a piece it literally falls apart. Then I switched up and ordered Supreme pizza for my big kids and it looked like a Supremely Burnt Vegetable pizza with the same thin uncooked doughy bottom and it fell apart also! My son LOVES your pizza and he refused to touch it after the first bite! I spent $79.99 today so I would have an easy fun night with my kids and not have to cook. However, NOW it's RUINED Thanks! So now I WASTED $80 and now I will still have to cook dinner tonight! I tried to call Customer Service but CONVENIENTLY they are closed on the WEEKENDS!!! Hmmm............! I'm going to share pics of the $80 wasted mess they called pizzas today!! Read moreI came in on superbowl day expecting a long wait as i know it is busy. There was only 3 ppl on wait plus 2 phone orders. Was greeted by pheng, the cashier took my order 2 hot and ready and 4 ranch dip he said 15 20mins. Then they got busy and i tell you these guys have no clue what order was 1st. Long story short i waited 30mins i got served after 3 people that came after me and placed their order. Same exact order. They were in and out in 10mins. I told the cashier wheres my order the gentleman said oh 5mins and then goes back to get them prepared. I was already upset at the wait time got my pizza went home to find out it was soggy and undercook. The cheese was sliding left and right when i go to pick up a slice of pizza. Bread of pizza is so undercook, have u seen a pizza that the bread isnt firm and sags when u go and pick it up. i officially will never go to any LCP ever again to place an order. I didnt ask for a refund bc i hate to be that guy that everyone thinks is upset at the world and wants to have a perfect life.
