Subway — Restaurant in Clovis

I went to postal express there in this parking place I left it scared me,, I'd like to elaborate on this. I was in a hurry when I posted this. Sorry. The reason it was scary was not only was it a dark inviting place. When I asked the gal that I met behind the counter that I wanted to send something priority mail. She looked at me with a blank stare and handed me in unspecified form. It did not look official. It did not look like it was an official postal form. Now I've been to other postal places where they actually give you a form that comes from the United States postal service. This actually look like something I was going to hand to her. She was going to handle later. No that wasn't going to work for me! I was actually going to be mailing a card with some money in it. How did I know that if I left that with her it was actually going to get mailed?? Not only that, the phone happened during well. I was standing there beginning to fill out my form and she was arguing with her spouse about something and it was just a blatant argument. No qualms about it So that told me that family business was in the store and the store was struggling and there was a customer in the store that may not have been a customer after all that look like they were actually having a long pow. Wow. So I'm sorry postal express but unfortunately you're not probably going to make it in that location. Your door signs are uninviting and your inside store is unequipped and it's dark and unfortunately you're just overall...

This place sends out promotions to get people in here. They accept snap and EBT and they are serving those customers right in front of me, however, when we want to pay with a debit card, they do not accept that payment?

The advertised promotion that we came in for was not available.

Then the owner who is standing out in the lobby, jumped right in without washing his hands, put on plastic gloves and started trying to make my sandwich.

After that, he jumped on the phone with customer service working on a payment issue …. Then he announced to everybody unless we have cash we cannot get our food, this was after the lady had made the sandwich for my six-year-old daughter who had patiently been waiting… So they would rather throw away a sandwich, then come up with any other payment system.

We wasted our time and had to go to another place. I do not recommend this place because of the management and the owners. Terrible service, wasting peoples time and...

Some of the employees put way too much salt & pepper in the sandwich... I always ask for just a little bit of it... maybe 2 sprinkles... But they keep sprinkling it like there's no tomorrow... On one occasion, I literally had to tell her that's enough, but it seemed like she didn't understand & still kept sprinkling away. i had to get her to remake it from scratch because there's no way in hell I'm gonna eat a sandwich that's saltier than an ocean. They need to realize that one of the main reasons people even go to subway is that it's not as unhealthy as your typical fast food burger joint. But it defeats the purpose when your sandwich is loaded with sodium from all that salt. Maybe some of the workers are just too dumb to even realize these things. I think another problem is the language barrier... Every employee I had this issue with didn't have a very good...
