Its a pig in lipstick If your primary concerns are staff, safety, and location, this place is a solid 5. If you are particular, and many small things lead up to a poor experience for you, then this is not for you. My many small grievances. Had to park in the dirt at 8 pm, they have a giant unfinished dirt area and less than 20 parking spaces for guest on the front side of the building. the lot is the same path as a drive through car wash the breakfast is super mediocre compared to the hilton just down the street. hotel has one of those fire detectors directly above the bed that flashes brightly all night long window drapes do not close fully, so you will be up at 7 am couch is comicly uncomfortable heater is so far away from thermostat the 2 battle all night. By thermostat it can be 70, by the bed it can be 80 LEDS. Microwave lighting lights up entire room, alarm clock, both had to be covered shower water pressure is absolute trash, you will be better off rinsing in the rain mold growing where shower pan is seperating from base, peeling paint above shower WHAT IS GOING ON WITH THE ART? this has to be one of the ugliest hotels ive ever stayed at art wise. Motel 6 has better art. they repeat the same image of sand... 40 times on my floor alone. GO walk down the halls, then the other wall is succenlents 12 times in a row. Not varying plants and sand. identical. Everyone. the room layout is just weird. The bathroom entrance is to the right of the bed. Never seen any hotel like this ever, could be due to a corner space, but its weird. The TV is mounted to the side wall of the bed, meaning you have to lay sideways to view it, and it only pivots odd the wall 10 degrees. It also is stuck at max volume for 150 its just comical, ill be looking for something locally owned next time, i feel no one stays in their own rooms and gets an idea of the small annoyances.

Upon arrival to a cleaned(?) room: Housekeeping, especially in kitchen, was poor. They left a used sponge for use, a dirty dish rag (appeared clean until I picked it up & saw what looked like red sauce of some kind on the underside of it), & the sink was obviously not cleaned well - again, as evidenced by the red dots on the towel & the green, dried yuck on the sink (see pictures). Additionally, in the bathroom, we used two tissues & the next tissue popped up blue (Kleenex) to indicate replacement was needed soon. However, used two more tissues & the box was empty. There was not a new box to replace it; had to call down to get one.

Pros: 1/ Highly modern rooms with a full kitchen (small) with utensils, dishwasher etc. 2. The power plugs are new and working great. 3. The breakfast has very good choices. The staff are very friendly. Cons: 1. Very small room compare to regular hotels. 2, The sofa bed was not working (not enough space to pull out and place it). See the image where is it hanging on the main bed. 3. We stayed there two night, but we did not get the room service on the second day. I got the towels and toiletries from the front desk.

||This has to be one of the worst places we’ve ever stayed and we travel a lot. We booked with 6 other parties, ourselves booked 3 rooms alone as we had 3 families.||We were coming for business & a Sporting event, upon checking in, the lady at the front desk right away, was extremely rude, her name was Zerna. ||We said hello, told her we were checking in, gabe our name, she didn’t say hello/welcome nothing. Right away after pulling our reservation, asked for a work order (wasn’t aware we needed one as it was never shown when selecting “BUSINESS” on the reservation made though their web page), but never once asked for an ID! We informed her we didn’t have one, as it was both business and a sporting event for our kids. Zerna then told us, we can go elsewhere we aren’t getting the business rate. |Completely shocked at how rude and disrespectful her customer service was, and her tone when speaking, like WE were bothering her for checking in. We told her, we just drove 4 hours there is no way we would be able to find another hotel that’s open to accommodate us. ||Because we didn’t have the work order, she said “fine we can honor $156/night (vs the $90 we originally was booking for). After a bit of back and forth trying to understand why she wanted a work order, we said fine we will do the $156.| Zerna was typing up Something on the computer for sometime, pounding the keys, her body language was horrible, along with her attitude the whole time! |We ended up asked what she was typing as it was taking so long, because we had 7 kids who were just ready to be done and I’m the room to sleep after a long drive here. ||Zerna then proceeded to tell us, insert your card when the blue light comes on, not disclosing anything about how much she was charging on the card, we didn’t ask because we had said agreed the $156 and she made it seem that’s what it was going to be. ||This woman had the nerve to take her “management” power to a whole other level and charge us $265/a night!! We didn’t realtor this until we got to the room and looked at the bank transactions. ||Immediately went back down stairs, and asked to speak with someone higher than her. And of course there was no one. We called and left messages for the “head manager” Shelly, who was in fact just as useless, she wouldn’t even speak on the phone to my sister! And all|She could say was “ Zerena handled it correctly”… So telling us one price and charging us another is OK..?? HOW?! ||Zerna is an ABSOLUTE horrible “manager” with the worst customer service I’ve ever seen. The moment we walked in those doors we were treated with disrespect and eye rolls. I’m|Sorry if you hate your job, or having a bad day. But she doesn’t need to take it out on us. ||As far as the other 3 families, they also booked the same business rate.. and guess what..?!! They didn’t have a work order either , yet they were HONORED they $90/night price! |How wild is that..?!? |When we left (2 nights later), we called Shelley the General Manager, again, to try and speak with her, she declined to speak with us, and say “Zerna did what she should|Have”,||I would definitely NOT recommend ever...

Overall this is a nice hotel, equipped for long stays. It's very clean and the cleaning staff are wonderful and so very sweet. The African America gentleman at the front as well as the sweet young girl with the striped shirt were lovely and always had a beautiful smile on their face. They were also so kind and helpful. I would have given a 5 star had it not been for two rude staff members. Both work at the front desk. I wish I caught their names. Myself and another guest in another room have two 13 year old boys a 12 yr old and 10 yr old. Due to no postage age limit at the pool, (we made sure we took photos of each sign), we allowed them to go to the pool without an adult. Each of them are great swimmers and were at the pool alone for 10 minutes while we attended our younger children to join them shortly. Our windows faced the pool so were able to monitor them. Each kid is well behaved and respectful of others and their property. Our children were yelled at to get out of the pool and were rushed out causing them to forget their shoes. They were then reprimanded for not having shoes on in the hotel. My son was visibly upset. We also each received a call saying how we can't have kids in the pool unsupervised. These are young teenagers we are talking about. Not 6 and 5 year olds. I explained that a age limit needs to be posted then. The young lady who called me was very sweet and understanding. However the two who yelled at our children would not let it go. I was later approached in the hallway near the elevators saying I could not leave my children in the pool alone. Infront of other guests making me feel like a bad mother and drawing attention. Later that day, and shame on me for not getting her name, I was questioned about our dog. Our dog is a service dog for my daughter. By law I do not have to give an explanation why or what for. When I told her we have papers and an ID proving this, however my husband had it. She looked at me like I was lying and stated that I would be charged the 150 dollar pet fee anyway. My husband later went down to talk to someone and thankfully we weren't charged. Some other minor issues we had with this same employee but these were the most frustrating. We are a military family waiting on housing and had to be in their hotel for 3 weeks. We have traveled clear across the country and this move has been difficult enough let alone living in a hotel for this long with 3 children and a dog. They over booked their hotel and we were not able to extend our stay because our house is still not ready. So we had to scramble to find another hotel. This definitely didn't help the stress we were under. I am not sure I will stay here again. If I do, it will be for a small...

I recently stayed last weekend and experienced something I have never have even from staying in MOTELS! From walking into an "Upgraded 1 bedroom suite" we found the room ok from the start a bit dated but it was decent. Come to fine as we walked into the bed area we find on the lamps used EYELASHES, with a CRUSTY makeup wipe on one lamp and a toy sticky toy on the other I was like nope this room is not clean, called down to see if I can have housekeeping, come clean the items or if I can be moved. The front desk agent lady did say there was no more of those types. I would be downgraded to a king room. Hi then said that's fine. I guess we'll stay. I'll show you the pictures when we get down. Once we get down, show her the pictures she was like "oh man, I apologize" then laughed it out by saying" I might need a barrow those" and offered me 1500 Bonvoy points equivalent to about three dollars if that. I leave for my event and came back around 1am. Hi then walk up to the front of the room door. I noticed the weather stripping from the bottom is about over an inch from the floor so you can see straight into the room. We start unpacking and getting ready for bed. My phone happens to fall on the side of the bed as I bent over to pick up my phone I noticed a bullet shell that was just out in the open. Not just a bullet. It was a rifle shell from a bullet. I called to the night audit that was working and he basically said don't worry nothing sketchy to worry about it was less rented to a security guy and he believes that he was armed. I said what they rifle, wow. I then ended the call with the agent. I then called right back and said do you know what can we move rooms? This was ready by 1:30 in the morning. We had together all our belongings and head downstairs and switch rooms, then requested to have the morning manager reach out to me as soon as they get in. I never received a call I had to go down myself. because there was no follow up. As I approach the desk, the bullet from the night before was laying in the same piece of paper right where the phone was. The Front Desk Manager basically said that they are in between getting new staff and apologize and I was offered 1500 bonvoy points ($3 bucks) I then asked if the GM would be in he said no. I have then called every day since my now almost one week ago trip had no luck talking to the GM about the situation and how it was handled and the poor...
