I have tried korean fried chicken in South Korea and was excited that Fresno is opening more korean fried chicken. If you've never tried korean fried chicken before, just know that they do take time to make it because it is a process to get that crunch. It is not a fast food style. Especially when it gets busy, food will take even longer. I checked the review before going, and a lot of people complained about the wait time, but I like my food fresh, so I was ok waiting. These chicken taste the best when it's freshly made. Once it's been sitting for a while, the crunch will become soft. I ordered the deokbokki with cheese, ganggeong wings, and original chicken. The deokbokki was on the sweeter side, but adding the cheese does give it more flavor. I thought that the chicken was just drumsticks, but it was actually different body parts of the chicken. Original flavor was ok. It was simple and light, good for those who just like simple fried chicken. It does have some crunch but not super crunchy. Depending on the body parts, some were moist and dry. Ganggeong wings has a sweet flavor to it. I thought it would be on the spicier side, but it wasn't. It just has a hint of spicy. Overall, it's not a bad place for korean fried chicken. I would eat this over KFC or Popeyes. As for customer service, I didn't have any issues, and I probably waited less than 30 min for my food. I went in when it was slow, and then it started getting busy. Some people were upset that it was taking a long time, but it did get busy.

When I heard there is now a bb.q Chicken here in Clovis, I knew I had to rush over as soon as possible! This chain is one of my favorites back in SoCal, so I was super excited to have one nearby here. To preface, this is not a fast food restaurant, and everything is made fresh, so expect ~20-30 min from the time you order to when your food is ready. I recommend ordering online from home to minimize the wait time. It also may take longer in the evening due to the dinner rush. I ordered at 5pm, I arrived around 5:30, and my food was ready by 5:40pm. Of note, it's also NYE today. Now let's talk about the food! My go-to order is the Half & Half Boneless Chicken, with half Original and half Secret Spicy. The Original does have a very slight kick due to the seasonings. The Secret Spicy is a delicious sweet and spicy flavor (and my favorite!). For $30, you get a total of ~20 large pieces of chicken. The chicken was still very fresh by the time I brought my order home. The outside is super crispy while the inside is juicy and tender. You also get a small side of crunchy pickled radishes. I also usually get the Tteokbeoki (spicy rice cake), so I'll definitely be back to try that here. Overall, my experience here was comparable to my experience with locations back in LA and San Diego. Looking forward to coming back soon!

1st time ordering and trying out this place. We ordered Takeout of 16 WING (bone-in) for 29.99 and waited 40-50 minutes! They handed us a small bag with a small brown box. We thought the sizes were small and packed in, since this is our 1st time. Very hungry and excited to rush home, we didn't know they had given us ONLY 8 pieces!!! We called and they offered to make it. So, we drove back and it was so quick. They apologized and I did feel bad & grateful. I understand they're busy. But they fooled me AGAIN. The little lady with the bangs and accent didn't tell me it would be BONELESS thigh meat. If I had known it would be boneless and thigh, I would've demanded a refund. Literally, scammed! At that point, I was upset and didn't even want to confront them *pic below is boneless + receipt*

My family and I were excited to hear that a bbq chicken was here in fresno. We got there around 7:20pmish. Order around 7:30-7:44pm. We order 16 wings, fries, bulgogi l 4 soda can. The place was not busy at all at this time. We waited like 50 mins for our food. Then the place became more busy. Two groups that order after us got their food. Then the group after them that slowly got their order/food brought out to them while we still haven't got our food. My sister went to them multiple times to ask about our order. We were told to wait 10 mins, which became 30 mins. Then I went to ask about our order. They told me 1 more min, which became 10 mins. The employees starts to bring more and more of other individuals food out to them, keep in mind, they all came after us. My sister walked back to employees, asking about our food. They told us to wait an extra 10 mins. My sister told them, they already told us 10 mins like 40 mins ago. So my sister told them we want a refund if they still haven't got our food ready because at this point they probably havent even made our food, we arent going to wait another 10 mins, we were already waited for 1 hr to 2 hrs just for our small order (we got there when it was not busy). So in reaponse to my sister telling them we wanted a refund, they told my sister the food is ready. That does not make any sense because they just told my sister to wait another 10 mins but when we told them we wanted a refund, our food is magically is ready.

This place was very unprofessional and unorganized with no good consumer service.

My sister and I was looking in the kitchen while we were waiting for our food. We saw workers just standing in the kitchen talking/chatting, touching their phone and on top we saw a child that is around the age of 3-5 yrs old walking in and out of the kitchen. A child should not be in the kitchen at all. Very unsafe place

I would not recommend this bbq chicken in fresno to anyone. Because i had have bbq chicken before. If you want some bbq chicken, just take the time to drive to LA or out of town to get bbq...
