5 guys is good, they messed up an order and fixed it. But the young manager reprimanded my wife for "not paying attention" when she read back the order.. well the order was correct and the staff made the error.
It wasn't a big deal but the manager could use a little maturing.
Also before we moved to the area our local 5 guys offered bottomless fries, we assumed it was the same but I guess not here.
According to the manager who didn't know where the bay area was "fresno county" doesn't give away fries...
We don't have a problem buying more we just assumed a chain restaurant would all have the same policies. we won't stop coming to 5 guys for good burgers. But just a different location.
My wife and son left first and the manager and cook both gave her a dirty look and said sonething about her.
When they saw me she turned red and apologized.

Wanted to get a patty on the side with cheese on the side for my dog was originally 2 and some change for the patty and a additional charge of 1 dollar for cheese wasn’t normally an option so they had to put it in weird so another staff helped ,then before I completed the transaction one of the other staff ran up and changed it to a little cheeseburger plain with no bun and changed roughly 3 dollars to almost 9 for just a patty with cheese… so dumb… but I was too irritated to deal with it and wanted to treat my dog so I just paid and left… usually great service and reasonable staff but not today… the one who rang me up was nice but the guy who came over the second time not at all.. the location at river park has never overcharged like this for...

Fed to my 9 year old daughter. I wanted to treat her to a nice burger for good behavior and patience and this is what I’m served. Her health hasn’t been so great so, I don’t give her a lot of fast food but I take her to an establishment I trust because of the super extreme price, I thought I would be provided with super extreme excellent service. Bloody meat for dinner to a child. Not ok. When I called the Manager on duty supposedly his name is HAYDEN he told me “HE” felt disrespected. What a joke. My complaint won’t stop here.
