UPDATE - Fast Forward to Sept 2023 All of my orders have been correct. The staff is still fantastic and friendly. The line seems to move faster now. 100% improvement. Happy to update my review. ORIGINAL MESSAGE -The staff is very friendly and nice. They can't seem to get my order correct. More then half the time it's wrong. My daughter had the same experience. I ask for hot and I get cold sugar cookie latte. I ask for sugar free as possible and I got black coffee. I asked for sugar cookie latte and got a mocha whatever that was so sweet I couldn't drink it. Last time I came back to have my order corrected had to wait for my coffee until everyone else got theirs. If you make a mistake, your coffee should be remade first! I had already waited in line for 20 minutes and then had to wait another 15 minutes for them to fix my drink. I think I may end up driving to the Palm and Herndon location even though the Fowler and Herndon location is...

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! Never buy a gift card from them. They will take your money, give you a receipt for a gift card they didn’t activate. So now when you try to use it, the workers will tell you its not activated. Went back to the place i bought the gift card and the manager says there nothing they can do about it and i have to call corporate. I don’t understand why she the manager couldn’t do that for me seeing as im the customer i did nothing wrong, your workers aren’t doing they’re job well obviously. But I still called, over and over and over again. No one answers, so now im in belief that they run this lil scam with their gift cards. I will never go to one again, stick with Starbucks or some other local place that actually cares about the customers and not just shoo away a customer who theyve wronged.
